He takes his time to explain things and treats everyone with respect. I am almost 60 and I have gone to only 3 dentists in my life (every 6 months my entire life) and I will not go to another dentist as long as Dr. V will take me as a patient. Every single step was smooth and it didn't feel like they were there just to make a sale. If you have anxiety about dentistry, this is the place for you. They have an abundance of options for you to ease you into the process- pillows, sun glasses, music, headphones. Every single person was patient, friendly, kind, and informative. Then as I'm getting my cavities fixed it was as though the staff didn't know what they were doing had to ask multiple times for them to fix repeated mistakes. Once I'm finally done and get home I realize I can't even floss my tooth, called up and was told I'd receive a call back and never did. I'd skip this dentist office.

Trudy the hygienist performed the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. Dr Ellis found I needed a crown. On the return visit the following week I was greeted with a smile by Ashley at the front desk. Dr Ellis and Kenyae his assistant were friendly and informative. When giving shots prior to the procedure he used a technique that made the shots completely painless! He made the crown in 45 minutes from images of my existing tooth and it fits perfectly. Crown completed and in place in one visit with no pain whatsoever. Amazing practice with amazing staff! I am so happy to have found the perfect fit for our family!

I came in and the lobby is small but super cute. It smelt so nice inside! The ladies at the front were nice & efficient. I was brought back and the hygienist went straight to work. I got X-rays of my mouth and teeth done. She was skilled at her job because that was the fastest I had ever gotten X-rays done! With someone who has a small mouth I appreciated it. We had some small talk and she got to cleaning my teeth. My God today I needed that! Once she was done Dr. Stafford came in and checked my mouth because I needed a fill-in. She was so kind. She told me there was another area that may be a problem but would keep an eye on it. She suggested other things I may also need to look into but nothing that was pressing at the moment. I didn't realize she knew one of my old dentists and to know she was doing fine made me happy. I drove 20 minutes and left my job and took him out of school to be there and we were there 10 minutes early. At 9:40 I went to the desk and confirmed our appointment was at 9am. They stated we were next and I asked if so how long would it be before we would be next. The receptionist asked someone and they stated they didn't know. My time is valuable and everything did to get to this appointment was a waste. I made a decision at that time this will not be the place for us cause my time and effort wasn't appreciated. Why book appointments if everyone is waiting over an hour to be seen. I guess I got my answer to not move forward and chose a dentist that values their customers. Maybe since I wasn't a paying customer they didn't value me but now you lost a potential customer.
