But the people who work there are what makes this practice the BEST in Midlothian. Shout outs to Candace at the front desk for being so personable and helpful; Haleigh for being a top notch hygienist with the sweetest personality (I have a hard time having to stop chatting when she is cleaning my teeth!); and Dr. Vinton is marvelous. He's smart, easy to talk to, and has done amazing work on the dental issues I've had. Also, I feel he is super trustworthy. I know he's going to be honest and not charge me for treatments I don't need. I don't have dental insurance, and I feel the prices for dental work are very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend !!

Every single step was smooth and it didn't feel like they were there just to make a sale. If you have anxiety about dentistry, this is the place for you. They have an abundance of options for you to ease you into the process- pillows, sun glasses, music, headphones. Every single person was patient, friendly, kind, and informative. Then as I'm getting my cavities fixed it was as though the staff didn't know what they were doing had to ask multiple times for them to fix repeated mistakes. Once I'm finally done and get home I realize I can't even floss my tooth, called up and was told I'd receive a call back and never did. I'd skip this dentist office.

Trudy the hygienist performed the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. Dr Ellis found I needed a crown. On the return visit the following week I was greeted with a smile by Ashley at the front desk. Dr Ellis and Kenyae his assistant were friendly and informative. When giving shots prior to the procedure he used a technique that made the shots completely painless! He made the crown in 45 minutes from images of my existing tooth and it fits perfectly. Crown completed and in place in one visit with no pain whatsoever. Amazing practice with amazing staff! I am so happy to have found the perfect fit for our family!

A few weeks ago, a cap came off my tooth and I called to get it glued back on. A previous dentist we had normally charged 86.00 to reglue a cap. I was surprised when the office person said 174.00 (paid it). The dentist also told me he could put another cap on the tooth that would be a little more durable. The quote on that was over 1800.00 (not doing that). I received a bill today from their office. They want another 131.00 for the reglue (and my insurance paid 95.00). Total was 400.00 to reglue a cap. Not going back. I guess I would just say, shop around. There has to be local dentists that are more reasonable.

I came in and the lobby is small but super cute. It smelt so nice inside! The ladies at the front were nice & efficient. I was brought back and the hygienist went straight to work. I got X-rays of my mouth and teeth done. She was skilled at her job because that was the fastest I had ever gotten X-rays done! With someone who has a small mouth I appreciated it. We had some small talk and she got to cleaning my teeth. My God today I needed that! Once she was done Dr. Stafford came in and checked my mouth because I needed a fill-in. She was so kind. She told me there was another area that may be a problem but would keep an eye on it. She suggested other things I may also need to look into but nothing that was pressing at the moment. I didn't realize she knew one of my old dentists and to know she was doing fine made me happy. Back to the front staff she told me about my insurance and when and what they were going to cover and it made it easy for me to budget around the expense. I am glad that I found Dr. Stafford's dental office. I really lucked up again finding a great dentist that has the staff to match!
