I have a Black Wing Cadillac. The first time I took it to Clark for an oil change, they backed it into a forklift. They did pay for the damage, but my car has a camera on it and makes a loud noise and the seats vibrate when it gets too close to an object and a forklift is large. I took it back a second time (my misjudgment) for an oil change. I knew my back tire had a slow leak and had taken it to different tire businesses, but they couldn't find a hole. When I went back to get my car, they told me I needed 2 new back tires. I left from there to run errands, and I could watch my tire pressure go from 34 psi to 16 at a stop light. I pulled into a parking lot about a block away. By the time I got there, it was down to 5 psi and totally flat. Pretty suspicious. I will never take my car back there. read more

I always take my car to Clark for any service. They are reasonably priced and do a great job. I took my car in for a check engine light, which of course went off when I pulled into the dealer. Matt had the service department run a scan to see if they could determine if anything was wrong. They did the scan but couldn't find anything. There was no charge and the car was washed. my girlfriend took her Chevy in for an oil change and the people there tried to sell her everything you could think of. New battery (when the car starts fine), air filter, that still looks fairly new, they said there was an oil leak, (the engine has no evidence whatsoever of an oil leak (the engine is very clean and there has never been any oil stains on the garage floor!), in addition to several other things they said needed to be fixed. I recently leased a new Cadillac Luxury Premier Cadillac from Clark Cadillac/Chevrolet in Pinehurst. After owning 16 Cadillacs in the past, I was concerned that this car did not perform as advertised. I contacted Troy Clark, General Manager, and was instructed to bring the car to their service department. Troy then contacted me and with his work with Cadillac factory service people, he supplied me with 27 pages of very detailed information explaining the various advantages and limitations of the systems involved. Part of the problem lay with my misunderstanding of how some of these features worked. We were in Pinehurst for a US Kids World Golf tournament last week. Had a major battery issue - could not keep it running. Being from Indiana we assumed the nearest Cadillac dealer would be 45 miles away. BINGO! Clark Cadillac was literally 500 yards away from the Holly Inn where we were staying. Called them, tech showed up and after numerous attempts got it started. Got my tires rotated here and the total came to only $17.08 after tax. They even washed and vacuumed the car for no additional charge!

I went in for diagnostic for air-conditioning and was charged $137. When I got the call that told me there was a small leak and it would cost $250 to get it repaired plus the diagnostic I said I would have to wait till payday. 10 minutes later they called me back and said the repair had already been done and they were sorry but they would still have to charge me the $137. They did the repair without telling me the cost and without permission.! Who does that? I'm thankful to get fixed for cheaper rate for sure. But I believe the diagnostic fees are very very high and when I got my car back there was a noise under the hood which I am afraid to take back and have them look at it because it will cost me another $137 for diagnostic read more
