I said so I cant wait inside she said no. I said where can I wait. She said "I dont know but you cant stay here". I went outside and waited in a gravel parking lot for a ride. She never came out to get the keys. I had to open the door and toss them in. She treated the shop as her home and not a place of business. she could have brought the dog behind the desk and i could have held mine. It would have solved the problem. They should expect customers to walk in and shouldn't allow a dog that bites loose in the lobby. Her attitude wasnt just rude but plain mean. These are the facts. You make your own decision.

After calling and begging to please calm down and help me locate my car with valuables in it (why I got a ride to the towing location to remove b/c I wasn't able to carry the items before receiving a ride) she put the driver on the phone and he didn't know where the "mystery address" came from where he dropped it. He dropped it at another location that was no where near the address I put in to drop off. He stated he would come back to get my vehicle and take it to the right place. Could you imagine going through emotional and verbal hell not knowing why your car isn't working, who will fix it, or how much it will cost, finding a ride, having to continue paying for a ride until you find your missing car that was taken to the wrong location....and receiving the worst customer services ever while being cussed out, yelled at, and hung up on and paying for that service. What a NIGHTMARE! I'm thinking about taking them to court for emotional distress. Writing this now is causing me great distress.

Because of how it was parked, he could only load it from the back. BUT, he took the time and effort to unload it and re-load it front first onto his like new flatbed truck. I was obviously confused and he advised that if he towed it on 690 (at 55 mph) the back window wasn't designed for that and could become dislodged from the force of the wind. Seriously, it added a solid 20-30 plus minutes (my truck has a very low front bumper). He clearly could have taken the easy way out but took the safer for my truck route. Now that is fantastic service!

I spent extra time removing absolutely everything from the my truck (that I only drive about once per week but because my broken foot is in a boot, I needed someone else to do it this time) to make it easy for them. He said you're welcome to go to a detail shop. Ummm, no, I specifically came to a FULL SERVICE car wash for the hand care. Even 1 employee got pissed when he heard what the manager told me. The floors are covered in dirt too. I've been to many many full service places and never ever has the truck been returned like this. It's like they didn't even do anything. I got it back exactly as I handed it to them. The outside was definitely better (different team).

I paid $26 for a full interior (vacuum) and exterior wash. They do offer detailing services. The process is that you drive up to a sheltered area that houses the vacuums and then employees take it from there by driving your car through the car wash, and then wiping the car dry. The only downside to this establishment is its popularity. I arrived in a Friday around noon and waited a total of an hour. There were 10 cars in front of me forming two lines toward the vacuums. Then only one car at a time through the car wash. So this place is busy and you might have to invest time for a quality car wash.
