The rain was horrible that night, but he was conscientious and very mindful of the weather and the conditions as he towed our vehicle. I very highly recommend this towing company. He restored my belief that there are still good tow operators out there!

When the driver arrived and lifted my car, I asked him if he had a business card or something I could take a photo of and he (Alex from Quality Towing) threated to drop my car and leave. "I don't do any of that funny stuff," he said. I mentioned that all other tow companies usually leave me with a card, pretty standard request, and I had spoken to so many drivers that day (all whom showed up with the wrong tow truck, despite me expressing my needs) and that I was confused which tow company was what on my phone at that point--- and he threated to drop my car and go. Since my roadside coverage had likely already compensated this driver and I had literally been waiting for 8 hours for a wheelie/hitch tow (car couldn't go into neutral), I was desperate, despite his lack of care and crass personality. I am assuming, in good faith, my car is going to make it the 3 miles safely to my mechanic, otherwise this review would be worse. I certainly hope this is a legitimate company, despite the tow driver's unprofessional behavior, for what has already been a difficult last eight hours. Sending prayers my wonderful car is treated better than I was.

This meant I could not only use my camper but I also could not get it off my truck. Anyone who is camping right now knows that there more people camping these days, it's hard to find camp spots but RV service shops are also backed up for a multitude of reasons. Regardless, Tom and his crew genuinely care about their service, their reputation but most importantly their customers. Not only did they take the time to listen to my situation, make the time to help me out but also advise honestly and accordingly on a SOLID solution. I took their advice and upgraded to a stabilizer system that wasn't the best / most expensive but the one that was right for my camper and financial limits. Lastly they got me in and out in 24 hrs because we had a place book for my niece's birthday the upcoming weekend. I was very impressed because that was not just installing but modifying my camper with upgraded stabilizers because the ones that came with my camper were cheap. Their installation looked very professional and they were thorough in showing me how to use my new system. There great folk, they don't B.S. and they were common sense. They got my business from here on out.
