It seems as if they're trying to rack up storage fees that my insurance won't pay. From the start when I first got my tow from this company they tried to charge me $268 to bring my car less than 1 mile up the road. Knowing I couldn't afford that right at the time. Then he said they'd release it tomorrow when the insurance paid. I went up the following day to get some stuff out of my car including a few of my prescriptions that were filled the previous day. Surprise, surprise, my pain medicine was missing! These people are THIEVES that take advantage of people when they're going through the worst of times. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I just picked up my vehicle. I had communicated with Claude to go over the areas needing to be fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, some parts were still not repainted and I have different colors on the hood versus the body side molding. When I mentioned this to him, he indicated the vendor sent that paint, but why didn't he say "it doesn't match." I was hoping to walk away satisfied but this has been a learning experience.
