The entire process to get new glasses was the smoothest process I ever experienced! Everything was extremely efficient and the selection of frames is literally one of the best I've ever seen. The have so many frames to choose from and they truly help you pick frames that's best matches your fave, your style, etc. the have options that can be a bit pricy but they also have budget friendly frames as well, who know maybe some people's insurance would even cover it all but even if you have insurance that's not really helpful financially the ladies sure work with you so that you go home feeling good and looking good. The turn around time to pick up your new frames was approximately just shy of 2 weeks. Nonetheless, I felt comfortable, I felt heard, I felt cared for. I'm happy I choose them to do my yearly exam with. 10/10 read more

I am thoroughly impressed by the experiences I have had with Clarify Eyecare! Dr. Chan is very knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and her examination is very thorough like I have never experienced. She also makes me at ease when I ask questions about things that I don't understand. In addition, when I sent an inquiry through their patient portal about another appointment with a specialist that she referred me to, she called me within 30 minutes to explain what's going on and to assure me that everything is okay. You need to make appointments for different things like eye exam or glasses pick up. This assures that we are not waiting for a long time. Everything is carefully streamlined. And the staff folks there are also so kind, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They spend time with you as much as you need to make sure we are happy with our order, etc. The office is very inviting and there are plenty of options when it comes to frames. I used to go to another optometrist's office where I got minimum examination which took like 10 minutes and they would tell me that my insurance would not cover the lens that I needed (which now I think was a lie after how much I have paid at this clinic). I used to pay over $1,000 for a basic pair of my prescription glasses - not designer's brand. At Charity Eyecare I have spent around $400-$550 for a pair with the best lens that I can get. And they always have good music which is a plus! As you can see, I have been spending a lot of time describing how wonderful my experience has been- and I hope you'll be able to get excellent experiences as I have! read more

I had a very great first experience with Clarity Eyecare! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the doctor was incredibly thorough and performed a full exam and took no time to cut corners, even at the end of their workday! I felt as though I had their full attention and was being given their most professional, even after a long day! I will definitely be making Dr. Chan my regular eye doctor! Absolutely beautiful office, the most comfortable waiting chairs (although very little wait time!), and top technology in the exam rooms! Not to mention a unique inventory of frames that you won't find elsewhere. read more

Thanks for the pandemic (read: I'm getting older), my vision has weakened. As a result of a recent experience, I decided it was time to have the eyes checked out... through the magic of the internet, I found this amazing place. Truly a boutique experience from start to finish. Very personalized experience from the moment I walked in the door -- great explanation of the process, the condition of my eyes and recommendations to remedy. In the end, I have an awesome new pot of glasses on the way and a clearer view of the world thanks to the dynamic team at Clarity. read more

Really enjoyed my experience at the eye care boutique! Let's just say the customer service is excellent from the doctor to the employees. When you walk in you will see many beautiful frames. The gentleman in the store had so much knowledge about frames and lenses. The Dr. she is great. Very knowledgeable, first time in long time finding a great optometrist. All I can say you have to visit this great eye care boutique. You will really enjoy the experience! read more

Phenomenal! From start to finish. One of my patients had scratched their cornea, it was past 4 pm, no one could take him and I really wanted to avoid the ER. When I called clarity care, they immediately attended to my patients needs. Timothy is amazing and obv Dr Chan is too. Got the patient in 15 min, treated well with a follow up. Cannot recommend enough! Truly, great staff and medical provider with a big heart! read more

I am a new patient of Clarity Eyecare, and I was truly blown away with the establishment, the world-class customer service, and the outstanding care I received from Dr. Chan. I raved about my experience even before leaving my visit...texting my daughters pictures of the showroom esthetics (i.e. fall window display, plants, and signage throughout the showroom). They too will be making their eye appointments here. I was truly impressed. The care I received was exceptional...from my initial greeting from Timothy to the actual examination by Dr. Chan...both were extremely personable, very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Chan took the time to explain exactly what she was doing and why...very thorough eye exam. I was extremely impressed with the manner of care and attention I received...this type of medical care is rare these days. The eyewear selection is truly a "curated collection"...I understand each pair of glasses were personally selected by Dr. Chan...great taste ! When I picked up my glasses...they were presented so well...on a tray with the accessories...I am a stickler for details. A +++ Thank you All for such a wonderful experience...see you next year ! read more

What a wonderful experience! I was in need of an eye exam since the pandemic started. I saw Clarity Eyecare on Yelp and decided to setup an appointment based on its reviews. I was able to be seen the same day! From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed by the young lady who opened the door to meeting Timothy who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything that was going to happen. He even selected eyeglasses for me as well. Dr. Chan, who is wonderful, completed the most thorough eye exam I've ever encountered. She also explained everything. She gave her honest opinion about glasses I tried on. I felt so comfortable! No pressure selling! I left feeling grateful that I saw Clarity Eyecare on Yelp and trusted the reviews. I highly recommend this company! read more

Excellent experience at lovely office, with superb staff and optometrist (Dr. Chan). Would highly recommend.

I've been wearing glasses for 20 years and Clarity Eyecare gave me the best experience that I didn't even know I needed. I recommend getting your eye exam here from Dr. Chan. The glasses selection was a little pricey, but if you want to treat yourself to beautifully crafted frames and get fancy lenses that will do everything but give you X-ray vision, you will find that here. The associates on the floor are extremely knowledgeable and have great taste! In addition to that- the place is so warm, friendly, and a vibe. read more

I recently injured my left eyelid and visited Clarity Eyecare Baltimore for an evaluation by Dr. Chan. When I reached out to the office staff, they were exceptionally kind and quickly scheduled me for a same-day appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and, as a new patient, I was asked to complete some forms. I was immediately impressed with the boutique feeling of the shop; it is well decorated and ever so clean. Moments later, I was greeted by Dr. Chan and my exam began. Throughout the exam, Dr. Chan was communicative and thoughtfully described each step of the diagnostic process; pausing after each to make sure I didn't have any questions. Dr. Chan was able to quickly identify my ailment and without hesitation shared her treatment plan. I am so pleased with my experience at Clarity and I would highly recommend their service(s). I am happy to report my eye is on the mend and already feeling much better. read more

I've worn glasses and/or contacts since I was in college. I have to say that my appointment at Clarity Eyecare has to be the best eye exam and optical appointment I've had! Making my appointment was super easy online and I was able to fill out all the paperwork they needed online, which made check in at the store a breeze. Dr. Chan explained everything to me as she examined my eyes and took the time to explain macular degeneration to me as my Grandmother had this. Service was excellent, everyone was very nice, greeted me as I came in, took my coat for me, explained everything they were doing. I really enjoyed trying on the beautiful frames they selected for me while I was in the examination and Timothy did a wonderful job fitting my frames (and I understand he fits the lenses in too)! He explained my insurance coverage and went over the details of the cost for each frame I selected. As a result, I have super fun Kirk and Kirk glasses for my computer work and somewhat serious Eco glasses as well. Needless to say, I see with great Clarity now!! Great selection of fun and funky right to serious and refined. I'll definitely be a patient here as long as I'm in Baltimore!! Highly recommend! read more

I found Dr. Chan through VSP and I am so happy I did. Dr. Chan has a wonderful personality, explained everything she was doing, and thoroughly answered all of my questions/concerns. I never felt rushed during my examination. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Making an appointment was a breeze. The frame selection is unique and stylish. While selecting new frames the staff gave me their honest opinions and recommended frames I had over looked. Their recommendations complimented my face more than the frames I was choosing. The shop and examination rooms are immaculate. Clarity will be my go-to for eyecare from now on. read more
