It's a dive with great food. Their thin crust pizza is so good!! As long as you know it's a dive, the atmosphere will not disappoint. If you're expecting anything trendy or upscale, search elsewhere. This place hasn't seen an update in many (many!) years. Our service has always been friendly.

Located outside of downtown Jordon, right off HWY 169 is local dive bar and pizzeria, Clancy's. I have driven past this place dozens of times and always wanted to stop. Unsuspecting and truthfully someone trashy looking from outside, these tend to be some of the best places to check out. The interior matches the exterior of the building, somewhat run down and dated. However, it is comfortable and homely. The staff is very inviting and friendly, promptly greeting me and taking a drink order. Much to my surprise, this place has an excellent tap and can beer selection. Plenty of local craft beers you wouldn't expect to see in a local, farm town bar. I ordered a pizza and an app sampler. The app sampler was mediocre, with everything being a familiar frozen bag product. The pizza was EXCELLENT. An ample amount of toppings, spread evenly throughout. Crust had a nice crunch to it but wasn't hard. Could have maybe used a little more cheese but wasn't terrible. My only gripe is it seems d a little spendy for a small town bar.

A dive bar just off Hwy 169 serving pizza, chicken and burgers. We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday outing to the big candy store. It got sorta busy but we beat the rush a bit arriving at 11:45. This place is the very definition of small-town rural establishment and similar to places I remember from my youth in Wisconsin. A big rectangular bar takes up most of the rustic paneled space adorned with beer signs with a handful of small booths around the perimeter. Next door is a liquor store and A few older gentlemen were nursing beers at the bar. You aren't going here for the ambiance folks, or for that matter the service (pretty slow and inconsistent). It's all about the tasty chow. I was torn between the pizza and the broasted chicken but decided on the pizza which arrived after a longish wait. As I had hoped, this is true "tavern-style" pizza served piping hot. What is tavern-style pizza you ask? Thin crispy crust with a rich tomato sauce, savory sausage in big clumps and a good amount of cheese. They come in 2 sizes, 10" and 14" and the 14" was plenty for two people with a bit left over. Judged by the restaurants in the cities, this would be 3-stars due to service and ambiance but in rural Jordan it's a standout. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

Double patty , swiss and mushroom burger...hot and tasty. Oh yeah...house made chips on the side (undercooked unfortunately).

Don't go to the Taco Bell or any other fast food joint at the intersection...Go to Clancy's! Friendly service and a good sized, nicely priced menu with daily specials. This place was recommended by a local policeman and I'm glad he did. Nothing fancy but a great value, good service and fresh food. I had the double cheese/'shroom burger that arrived quickly and on a fresh bun. Skip the chain operations and patronize the locally owned/operated spot. The food, service and atmosphere is real and you'll just enjoy something other than the same old s(tuff).

Great service, fun staff, great food (classic thin crust pizza with lots of quality toppings) and all at a good price.

It's fine for a local spot. No fountain soda so you pay 1.50 a can. Server rarely comes back to refill or see if ya need anything. So meh.

Making memories we were. My sister found this quaint spot on Yelp and we were delighted with our choice. The boys got over the fact that was not a play place loaded with germs and all was well with the world. If you are under the age of sixty you will most likely be the youngest in the place. If you care about that kind of stuff. If you only drink Pepsi products you are also in luck. Mountain Dew on tap? Let's do this! The Feed Mill is quite small. Upon entering you will wait to be seated in a very small area that has 4 chairs. It seems to be very simple and who helps you is just whoever happens to be free. Be patient. We had no idea what we were doing but it worked out swell. The service was top notch. The staff was extremely attentive and had took the time to answer questions we had and dealt with the 8 and 10 year old boys with ease. Remember, most the of the customers were pushing 70+. Ours was the odd man out table. We ordered: kids meal with 1 (huge) pancake, eggs and 1 strip of bacon. (prefect for the picky 8 year old), a club sandwich, a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and fries and the cajun breakfast. The 4 of us were satisfied with our choices. Everyone finished their meals with ease but me. I asked for a to go box as that cajun breakfast was a feast to feed 2 mouths! No complaints, I was happy to finish it the following day. I enjoyed it and would happily order it again. Without mushrooms which I did this time and they actually listened. My sister and I were happy to not be eating Big Macs. The boys were happy to sip Mountain Dew and root beer. The service was excellent and it was a great experience. If you ever find yourself in downtown Jordan I highly recommend Feed Mill. You can even purchase a T- shirt if you wish!

I was told that they only had burgers and that I wouldn't be able to find something here (since I don't eat beef/ pork)... I DID! They had a chicken or a fish sandwich. I had the chicken sandwich. Prices are reasonable and I was told they now make their buns from scratch!! They tasted fresh! Was it my favorite grilled chicken sandwich ever? No, but I was so happy they had one! I love love love the pickles on the counters and tables for you to add to your burgers. I am a pickle lover and yes, I added pickles to my chicken sandwich! Also, Get onion rings!!! I am still fantasizing about them! So crispy and seasoned to perfection. Drooling right now. Overall, they are a well oiled machine. We were in there after a funeral and only 2 people working. We were able to get served and one cooked everything. My family is large and we packed the place. They did amazing! Thanks again for the chicken sandwich, the pickles and the amazing onion rings!!! Oh yes... and 1919 rootbeer on tap! Win! You can also get a Heggie's, but with their burgers... get one or two of those instead!

I specifically made a visit after reading some reviews on their burger. This simple bar burger comes on a nice soft bun and topped with melty cheese. The bar top and tables throughout all have bins of pickles to add, which is think is awesome. The burger was decent but for the ridiculously cheap price it was excellent. The crinkle fries were perfectly fried. This burger would be a show stopper if they didn't use a frozen patty. It is a small town, local bar and they are keeping cost down and I appreciate that. I don't know if it makes sense to charge a buck or two more and use fresh ground??? I really enjoyed the space and the feel of the bar. The staff were friendly considering I was an out of towner.

This review is an honest, constructive critique to help a restaurant improve, and I hope Lindsey's BBQ hears it well, because according to reviews here and on other platforms, food changes are desperately needed. The service and servers were truly friendly and relatively attentive. Food was delivered much faster than expected. The atmosphere and setting are comfortable and mostly align with the expected style of a BBQ joint, though they've gone a bit crazy with the pull tabs. It's a solid place for family or a Saturday night with friends. This is where we hit a wall. The food was unfortunate, to say the least. The main issue is that their meats aren't smoked. Not in the slightest. Oven-baked brisket and "burnt" ends. Their original sauce is quite good once cooked and slightly caramelized, however, it's also served cold, which is a grave mistake. You can tell they assume the liquid smoke in the sauce alone will make up for the fact that they're not smoking or even charring their meats. It doesn't. NEVER serve this sauce as a side. We started with the nachos and brisket. Upon tasting, we were confused because the supposed brisket had the taste and texture of a shoulder roast cooked in water. We next had a half-pound of brisket and a pound of burnt ends--same issue. At least we were sure it was brisket by the cut, but it was by far the worst we've ever had. Gamey (fecal), fatty, and completely bland. This is the most substandard, cheap beef I've ever experienced. Had they at least seasoned it properly, that would have been something. The burnt ends weren't exactly burnt. They were more seared in a high degree oven, drying them out slightly without giving them any sense of char. Again, zero smoke. High fat, zero bone or gristle, significantly meaty. Had they been true burnt ends, they would have been quite good. The sauce was great, but the improper cooking method destroyed any desire to finish our plates. The coleslaw was 6 out of 10. It was fairly flat and needed more tang, potentially a little more vinegar, sugar, celery seed, and lemon. The macaroni and cheese was the only hit. Despite other reviews, ours came out creamy and pleasant. Cornbread was okay, also 6 out of 10. Nachos come in at about the same rating. The demise of most restaurants is generally the same. Food quality gets cut, cleanliness is overlooked, and service becomes complacent. They hit the first death knell long ago, and I imagine they suffer for it because you can see where they've overcompensated in other areas to increase profitability. Menu prices for anything on the platters are scrimping on sides and outlandishly high when compared to the likes of Old Southern BBQ, Wing King, Famous Dave's, Dickey's, or John Hardy's. Lindsey's, if you take away anything out of what I'm saying, for the love of barbecue, PLEASE SMOKE YOUR MEAT. There is nothing barbecue about your restaurant. Make some changes and invite me back. I'd be glad to rewrite my review.
