Then another very long wait until our appetizers finally came. And a longer wait for the meals themselves. There are no toppings for the steaks (I.e. crumbled blue cheese). Instead they bring out small metal cups of sauces. Not what I would expect. The tomahawk looked great. The asparagus was a very small order for the price and almost cold by the time it got to us. We finally wrapped the night after 3 hours. And I now see why reservations were being pushed. The delays were painful. Operationally they are having issues.
