It's not a store I frequent often but I have kept the card for credit reporting purposes. I made a large purchase about 8 months ago. The plan was to pay the card off quickly. Today I check my current balance and learned that my APR is now 39.99%, which is beyond ridiculous. I was never made aware of this giant leap. Upon calling to get a lower rate, I was informed that there is nothing that can be done. This is how they treat long term customers? I have had a stellar relationship with JCPenney and my credit score is in the mid 700's. How is the high APR justified? The answer I kept getting is that I agreed to that APR when I opened my account. If that is indeed true, I would like to have the interest rate from the 90's, PLEASE!! Guess my long-term loyalty is not as important as the ridiculously high APR. Who in their right mind would pay such a high interest rate?! The moral of this story is to check your current credit card statements/rates and don't get a card with JCPenney/Synchrony. My card is already cut up and in the garbage.

My little cousin is a minor, and she wandered away from me. When I turned around and didn't see her, I naturally panicked. I walked through the store searching for her and calling her name, clearly distressed, and not a single employee offered to help. They just watched as I scrambled around looking for her. No one asked if I needed assistance or even tried to help me look. I can see why Target emphasizes customer service and encourages employees to smile more--because I've never encountered such a cold and unhelpful group of staff in my life. ‍ It completely ruined my shopping experience. Once I finally tracked my little cousin down--and gave her the third degree out of love and fear--I didn't even feel like staying in the store anymore, so we left. I'm still flabbergasted at how the staff stared at me, some even walking right past me, without offering a single word of reassurance or support. Selection 5/5 Kohl's delivers, large selection of items in every department. Value 5/5 My 3-6 miles of daily walking has taken a toll on my footware. Took advantage of their 20% off sale. Have been looking for something casual to get my steps in for my battle worn metatarsals. Value 5/5+ Great sale, lots of options and hard not to leave with more. Selected two pairs of Sketches Step-ins. Like walking on clouds my friends-SYOY!

Depending on the time and day it can be a bit hectic to get to the location, but there is a very large parking lot located in front of the entrances for Kohl's. There are two entrances with a Sephora in the middle of the store. In my most recent visit it appears they only have registers open near the right side entrance of the business (hopefully that makes sense). There were also self checkout kiosks available. Amazon returns are offered through the customer service area by the bathrooms (they have moved it toward the back right side of the store during holidays before). They have a rewards program along with a Kohl's credit card offering some amazing clearance discounts along with yearlong sales making it possible to go home for items less than $5! Even if you don't participate in their promotions, there are some great deals to be had. This store offers a large variety of items from clothing for everyone in the family (including pets!) to household items and furniture. They also have brands that are specific to Kohl's along with name bands. I feel like through the years sometimes the value of certain items are not as quality as I hoped (holes form, seams split, etc) but I also still have clothing items from here I bought over a decade ago. I feel that is more of a manufacturer issue rather than the store themselves as this seems to happen other places as well. I always make sure to check my items throughly before going home and typically don't have an issue. I am giving this store three stars based off 100s of visits over 10+ years. I have had bad visits, but also have had good visits depending on how busy store is, employee interactions, cleanliness, selection, etc. There is definitely something for everyone and worth a stop in!

He helped me put everything in the car or I helped him idk.. ha was my first time using pick up.. and I can tell you single mom with three kids def was so much easier picking up. Don't have to worry about dragging all the kids through the store or having enough time. I offered to tip the guy, but was told he couldn't accept it, I said you surrre..? They are keenly familiar with brand selections including sales items and utilizing their expertise is a big time saver! Selection 5/5 With a great selection of top recognized brands, Dillards remains my choice for dress for casual and business. Value 5/5 Do I shop sales, absolutely. Dillards top brands go on sale for seasonal inventory rotations, holiday customer magnet campaigns. It's got Scottsdale vibes but none of the actual glam of Scottsdale. I prefer Chandler mall but will go here when needed. It can be pretty at night time, but it's usually decently hard to find parking.
