The front staff helped explain the aftercare and guided me through picking my stud. They had a LOT of jewelry to choose from. Since I knew id have to keep this initial piercing in my nose for nearly a year, I opted for something simple. I would definitely go back later to get one of their more unique pieces of jewelry, though. My piercer, Kalei, was professional and friendly. She made sure to explain the piercing process and in no time I had my nose pierced! It's been about 6 weeks and my nose appears to be healing great I will come back to Electric Strawberry when I'm ready to swap it out for a new piece. The one negative was even with an appointment, the wait time was a little long as they appeared to have a lot of walk-ins. But I also understand that some piercings/appointments might take longer than expected.

I had received a gift card from my 14 year old younger brother for $60, and when I went to go use it at this store, the person working at the cashier, (her name is Hailey) was rude from the start. She didn't smile and when I gave her my gift card she said there was only 12 cents on it. I told her that was not possible as the gift card had been with us since it was purchased a week earlier and we had made absolutely no purchases on it. She made calls and through the whole process when I would say thank you for your help, she would ignore me and was very rude. Finally she gave over the gift card and said that it was our problem to deal with and that she couldn't help us. We told her that it shouldn't be our problem because we had the card with the PIN number still unscratched and the proof of purchase with receipt. Hailey, the cashier, told us that she can't handle us anymore to her coworker and that she didn't like the way we were talking to her, rolled her eyes, threw our gift card to her coworker, Ellen, and walked out. We were relieved that we received a new worker and that she might be better, but without any respect to us as the customer, she said, "I will not serve you if you will act that way towards my coworker". We were absolutely stunned at this terrible customer service, as this is the worst experience we have ever encountered. We walked out of the store, cheated of our $60, without no help, or without any proper customer service. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with AE and will no longer be shopping here. Ellen and Hailey from this AE store in the Eden Praire Center were absolutely terrible, and should be punished for their horrible customer service and how they treated us. It's very sad that a company would cheat a 14 year old boy who saved his money all year to buy his sister a gift card, and there was no help in return of this situation. The line to check out was fairly long and they had 1-2 cashiers and every single person checking out had issues - including my sister. She noticed the shirt she picked had marks on it and requested to have it switched but I seen staff just standing around the store not doing much when they could have been used as backup to help the line move along.

Darbi set out a ton of wedding bands that I had previously expressed interest in and then brought out a couple that I hadn't thought about, I got to try them all with my engagement ring and see what I like best.
