If there's a routine you can't do, you can do something similar such as squats instead of jump squats, etc. The new owner Luis is very friendly and welcoming! My fave classes are with trainers Jonathan and Brandie. I actually went to Brandie's class tonight - her playlist is on point!! I love how she always ends her classes with Linkin Park's "one more light" for the cooldown. She kicked my butt tonight - in a good way!

The workout is incredible and the knowledge is fantastic. The attention to detail is what separates this facility over so many others. I can't speak for the mixed martial arts and grappling as I only train in boxing. But in my opinion, this is the facility to train in for your Boxing, and MMA needs.
