But I love this workout. Every time I go its always different! From the warm up to the workout to the cool down. They change it up every class! Never boring! Joanne is AH-MAY-ZING!!! She keeps the class fun, energized, makes sure you don't compromise on form, she pushes you to your max but is very encouraging. All the instructors are great. But it's extremely clean very well laid out great variety of free weights, cables and machines a second level cardio area with tons of equipment. They offer childcare. There is an open gym area with turf, which is great for different activities. There is a private room for classes. The staff couldn't be more friendly and the locker rooms are always clean. The general manager and coach, Jen, helped me feel welcome in class and all of the members were kind and made me feel like I had been there before. In regards to the workout, I loved getting into a heavy lift day, and with a proper warmup beforehand-- some quick cardio, stretches, and ensuring we had proper form/technique. Afterwards, there was fun core work too. The gym itself is clean, spacious, and has plenty of your typical CrossFit equipment. They also offer Krav Maga (self defense). If I lived in the area, I can confidentially say I would sign up as a member at Blue Titan!
