They incorporate both weights and cardio for a total body workout. It's kind of like cross-fit but the workout is the actual full hour (rather than 20 minutes). If I were to offer one suggestion, although they give you time to stretch before and after the workout, it would be nice to be able to take a yoga / flexibility / stretching class as part of the membership there. Maybe like a once a week yoga class. They also have an easy to use app to check in to classes but they don't fill up so you don't need to reserve your spot well in advance. Most of the times I check in on the app on the way to the gym. It's a supportive environment and both Mike & Pasquale know everyone's name. I would have gotten a membership after my groupon expired but I'm moving out of state. But I highly encourage anyone to give it a try!

I've only been going to Ideal for a few weeks but the trainers make each workout intense and worth your time and money. Ideal also has a community feel to it. A lot of the folks that workout here seem to get to know one another which can make the workout a lot more fun and challenging in my opinion. During the work out, you'll probably hate Mike and/or Pasquale. They challenge you and may even yell a little (not in mean way). Their boot camps consist of TRX, rowing, weightlifting, body weights, cardio (running, jumping, etc), free weights, outside activities, etc. Moreover, there are many different rotations of workouts they'll go through within the hour which makes it helpful to get a full-body workout. You'll definitely leave exhausted but happy you came. I also noticed that they tend to use the entire hour. Some places I've gone to only have you workout for about 45-50 min, however the guys at Ideal use the entire 60 min. You really get a good workout in that time. I've started at Ideal by using their Groupon deal but will definitely continue afterwards. This is one of the few boot-camp places that offer unlimited monthly boot-camps and for a price that I think is worth it. I can't recommend this place enough. I love it.

After neglecting exercise all of my life, my body began feeling the consequences. For years I bounced between yoga, physical therapy, personal trainers, boxing, deep tissue massage, with little to show for them, and an accelerating rate of injuries. Pilates has helped me understand my body and physiology in ways I never could (sometimes in ways that still don't make rational sense). To not rant on for too long, I can confirm I am hooked on pilates for life. 2. Six Degrees is an incredible studio. Every teacher is supremely skilled not just in their practice but also in coaching. But instead of just taking my word, I think the best evidence is simply the number of students that have been coming to this studio for 10, 15+ years. I can't imagine many other studios and teachers have that kind of track record. It's a special place with special people. P.S. the massages offered there are incredible too. A perfect pairing!

The workouts she writes contain a variety of exercises and are never the same. While you are working out, Tracy guides and corrects you, while also motivating you when you feel hopeless or just plain tired! Since she has had extensive training, she knows what you need when you come to work out with her more than you do! Yet she listens and pays close attention to what you have to say. I have learned so much about health and fitness from Tracy. Not only does she have vast knowledge of exercise and the way the body works, but she also knows just as much about health and clean eating. Tracy will work with you to make sure you are eating properly without lecturing you and making you feel like a terrible person if you eat something unhealthy. She provides realistic strategies and goals to help you eat better (so that you get the most out of your training with her) and offers recipes and helpful websites to get your body on track. What I like most about Tracy, however, is that she cares about her clients and makes you feel like you are a priority. A good mix of workout, stretch, and relaxation. Caitlin is an excellent instructor. I enjoy instructors that find that happy medium of pushing you a little, but at the same time making you feel comfortable doing what you can. I LOVE the colorful lights on the ceiling and also the use of essential oils in the end (if you want, you can opt out of the oil). My body and mind feel very good after this class. Just beware before pre-purchasing any membership, that they have every limited spots and most days are "waitlist only". It's like this for at last a month out. I kept calling to inquire, and finally the studio manager got back to me, and I asked her if she can roll over the days I won't be able to get in since most of the days were waitlist. The only things she responded with were to gaslight me and say, "well look at it this way, even if you only take 2 classes in your pass, it already pays for itself since one class is $45". I was flabbergasted at her response, that I just laughed it off. No girl, I paid for unlimited classes 7 days, I expect to take at least 1 class for exactly 7 days, whether you have to roll-over the credits due to your over bookings. If you're having issues with not having enough carriages, or your clients overbook, then why advertise to new clients? It's a bait & switch marketing, and scummy. She did help me with delaying my membership start-date to my request. Also she kindly called me early morning the next day to alert me of a slot opening up. Which brings me to my next point, that she eased my concern of "waitlist" bookings, which can open up on the spot or half hour before, even mid-day classes. I'm not a retired person or just laying doing nothing where I can't attend an opening for their waitlist with little notice, or random times in the middle of the day. That comfort gave zero relief to me. I am still waiting to join my first class, and already another issue arises. My 7 day UNLIMITED pass isn't allowing me to book now without prompting me to pay $45. I tried calling, texting, emailing. Nothing. I'll update for any developments.

I could tell she has built a strong sense of community there. All of the regulars were also very welcoming and helped me with different exercises even though they didn't even work there. I ended up asking my friend if we could go back to do pilates there together a few more times before I had to return back to San Diego. I'm already looking forward to my next Morristown trip and going back to Pilates Body! I feel way stronger even after just 4 workouts. You can tell the owner and other instructors there take pride in their attention to detail to get you the most efficient results!

Still, Natallia still challenges me in every lesson and I feel that I am getting stronger and more flexible every week. She pushes me to work like any normal person even though half my body is weak and spastic. She forces me to work on symmetry which is the opposite of my body's natural state. The studio is calming, beautiful and very clean. It is also very handicapped accessible for me. I have become stronger and more stable in the time I have worked with Natallia. She takes a very no nonsense approach and takes this seriously. Sessions are all business. I highly recommend Rightway Pilates to anyone especially if you are trying to recover from an injury.

Miraculously I rebalanced (an act of God and Carol's balance exercises) and did not fall!! As I watched the look on my friend's face of horror, he commented, "I saw you going down hard and I don't know how you were able to balance yourself. It's miraculous you didn't fall."
