Good crowd size, i never have a problem using the machines I need. Locker rooms are super nice also with good saunas in them. The only thing I wish was different was more turf space to do things across it, but if u dont mind using a hardwood floor the studio room is completely empty when theres not a class so I will sometimes go in and use the space to do things like farmers carry, jumprope, lung walks etc. The front desk staff and other ppl that use it are really friendly and nice. I would say in the afternoon crowd its about 85%+ male and 10-15% female, in case that matters to u, but I havent noticed any creepy guys at all!

The general manager and coach, Jen, helped me feel welcome in class and all of the members were kind and made me feel like I had been there before. In regards to the workout, I loved getting into a heavy lift day, and with a proper warmup beforehand-- some quick cardio, stretches, and ensuring we had proper form/technique. Afterwards, there was fun core work too. The gym itself is clean, spacious, and has plenty of your typical CrossFit equipment. They also offer Krav Maga (self defense). If I lived in the area, I can confidentially say I would sign up as a member at Blue Titan!

I've been spoiled at certain times in my life…read more I was born in Southern California and spent my very young years living three blocks from the beach and a short drive from Disneyland. I got out of having to be in the band, chorus or orchestra in middle school because my mom was a PTA big shot and pulled some strings. Every time we drove up from Jersey to Penn State to drop me off at college, the same mom would stop at the beer distributor and pick me up a case of Yuengling. And The Chatham Club was the first gym I ever went to. But being spoiled doesn't always have its privileges. Every other gym is ruined for me because none can keep up with this place. I've been a member here three separate times in my travails in and out of living in this area, and every time they seem to have something new for the members. With my recent membership I noticed 3 stationary bikes with large screens attached to them. They aren't TVs but provide you the opportunity to ride virtual courses. Instead of just being told there's a hill by some LCD screen, you see the hill approaching with the ocean to your left. Very cool stuff. They have a huge assortment of treadmills, bikes, ellipticals and machines (a separate spinning studio also). Pretty much everything you could need is here and then some. If there's any sort of minor complaint, the free weight area is a little small and can get crowded if you go during a busy time, but it's not too bad. There are also 6 squash courts if that's your thing plus an aerobics studio, pilates and probably tons of other things I don't even know about. Just get off your butt and go already.
