How have I not gotten around to doing this yet? Is there an option for 6 stars?…read more I had been so afraid of crossfit for years b/c of the seemingly aggressive nature at some of the gyms I'd visited. But I took a chance on a 6 week challenge program at Blue Titan that looked to feature "regular" people. Without question, it was the best thing that happened to me in 2018. After years of struggling with my physical and mental health, depression, baby weight, etc. I realized I couldn't go it on my own anymore. I needed a group atmosphere to succeed this time and I couldn't have ended up in a better place. First impressions are everything for me and the feeling I got walking into BT was a great one. Everyone was smiling. Everyone was approachable. Their products were organized and plentiful, everything was clean. There were people there with children. I felt oddly comfortable in a place that had been my nemesis for so long. There are so many classes between the times offered and the types of classes, you really can't miss it. The coaching is fantastic - a lot of places will just throw you to the wolves or work you to the point of injury, but not BT. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and above all, passionate. The members are everything from hardcore Rx athletes who've been training for years to men and women into their 60's, retired and looking to get back into shape. The one thing they all have in common is dedication and phenomenal attitudes. I guarantee you, whatever category you fall into, you will not feel like an outsider. You can try a class for free. Really, what do you have to lose?

It was a very hard class for me personally (I need to work on some core strength before going back) but absolutely worth it! It was a great experience and something fun to try! I've only been to cycle and Zumba and it's a great environment! It's clean, has towels if needed, lockers, a salt room. At first I didn't like the fact that the cycle classes have up to ONLY 6 people per class because I really wanted to be invisible my first few classes since I had no idea what I was doing but after going to a large class in another studio I realized that in the larger class I was slacking off and giving up since I knew no one was holding me accountable but at this studio I think that it's smaller so everyone gets the attention that they need. 5 spin classes are 45 dollars so I've been sticking to that, the memberships seem to expensive for me but if I could afford it I would definitely take advantage of this place!
