Everyone is so kind and energetic, and coming in for workouts here is both fun and satisfying (as long as as you like getting your butt kicked during your workout). My instructor Khoury Porter not only taught me essential techniques but he also gave me a full comprehensive method to consciously be aware of my surroundings at all times. It's a full mind body and spirit work out whether you're just doing kick boxing Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu. The staff is wonderful. You become family. They have a variety of services available for all ages. This is hands down - the best workout you can come across in the Lower Hudson Valley area! They helped me to tone up and build core and upper body strength that I never had before. This establishment is good for all ages. There is gym equipment available for members; weights, treadmill, stair stepper, etc. The staff are incredibly friendly. Frank is a great owner and there very often. Walks around and says hi to everyone. Everyone from the extremely fit to those just starting out participate. No judgement, very supportive people. The workouts are great and varied by each instructor. I ended my membership for personal reasons - nothing to do with them, they were fantastic - and they made that super easy. I followed the instructions on the agreement and they executed it without any pressure or anything like that. If you're on the fence, I encourage you to give it try! It's a great place!
