We hopped off the Saw Mill Parkway and made our way here. There is a private parking lot for the restaurant, which is very nice. It was a sunny day and they had the front patio open for dining, but we sat inside. Once inside, the sight of all the delicious food made me hungry so I ordered a cheesesteak panini and fries. My husband got a jajik sandwich and a chocolate tart. My sandwich was delicious and filling and the fries were very good. I had some of the chocolate tart also and that was really good. Soooo chocolatey. Lamentably, I forgot to take pictures of my food. I was so hungry and it looked so good I scarfed it down and only as I was wiping the crumbs out of my mustache did I realize I didn't get any photos. I guess I'm a bad Yelper. Oh well, that means I have to go back so I can take photos of my grub next time. And I do hope to go back. If you're in Pleasantville, you should stop by here. It's also very close to the train station if you're coming through on Metro North. The folks who work here are super nice as well.

Picked up tuna salad and quinoa by the pound that was fresh, herbed, perfectly balanced. The hot chocolate and mocha was richer and smoother than anything from the usual popular coffee spots. We came for the Saturday donut specials and picked crème brûlée donut with that perfect crackle. Not only did it keep her active, but she liked having older kids to look up to, and she liked helping the younger kids. The kids all congratulate each other when one of them gets a stripe or a belt promotion. When my son was old enough, he started going too. My kids (8 and 5) also participated in the after school program. They enjoyed the karate, family atmosphere, and my son in particular preferred the environment even during the non-karate time to the after school program at their school. A job change resulted in a move out of state in November 2015, and we haven't found any place that quite equals Fusion.
