Great customer service and always with the good prices. This has been my go-to place for tinting, lighting, and stereo needs for the last 3 years. Ken is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend them. read more

I'm a pessimist. A skeptic. Highly critical. I always look for a misstep in these businesses. Check out my past reviews. Unfortunately, CK Auto Image is far from a mediocre establishment. 5 star family business. I came here to get my car tinted. I went home. Couple days later I come back and tell Ken about a tiny little hairline scratch that was bugging me. He takes a look at it for a quick second. Tries to touch it up a bit and then tells me if it bothers me after a couple more days, just bring it in and he'll replace the entire thing. Honesty, after dealing with tinting shops, auto shops, radio stores, best buy, etc etc, I was expecting something in the tune of, there's nothing we can do about it. Totally far from it. Ken made me feel really good about my decision to get my tint done at their store. It is what customer service is all about. It is what coming back again and again means to the people that own this place. It means when I am going to get my new radio, my other car redone, and or refer a friend to a place that I trust, CK Auto Image is the place to be. For once in a long time, they have reminded me what it means to trust a place of business. 5 Stars. No reservations! read more

I wanted to utilize my Android mobile device to simply output audio to my car speakers. I made several calls to other vendors but CK Auto seemed most professional and they didn't pressure me into any commitments. The final result was a success, but there were some obstacles. Ken recommended an Android kit which utilizes the mini USB port on the phone to both charge the device and use it as a audio output using only one cable. The problem is that you are stuck in using a proprietary app which only outputs music within the app. To top that off, the app didn't work on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy S3 running Jellybean OS). I was a little upset but Ken came through with a solution which made everything work. Would I come back here? Most likely, since my overall experience was positive. read more

Ken and his team did an amazing job installing a front facing camera on my corvette. They 3D printed the mounting bracket and did a seamless installation that looks even better than if the camera came factory installed. No chance this corvette's nose will hit a curb. I highly recommend their friendly and professional service. read more

Stopped in to change all my interior lights to LED's. They seem to be family run, and very friendly. Facility is clean and there's plenty of space to lounge while your car is being worked on. The whole process took just about 20-30 minutes and I was out the door on my way. CK auto image truly has fantastic pricing. Other places were trying to charge 4 times the amount that I paid for this simple job. I will definitely be back, and recommend CK auto image to anyone who needs any audio/tint/etc work done! read more

CK Auto image hooked up my brand new Accord. I went in initially to get my tints done & they were super helpful with informing me of the differences between shades & brands. My tint looks amazing & I'm no longer riding in a fishbowl! I also got the clear bra done on all areas that may be affected by rocks & debris from excessive freeway driving. I also got the inside of my door handles covered. They're really knowledgeable & pay attention to detail! Great customer service, I'll for sure be going back if I need any more work done! read more

CK Auto Image.. there's alot to say about them. They are probably the nicest bunch of people I've met in a business. Ken and Kim were super nice when I came to get an estimate for a Viper alarm system. Ken helped me with everything I needed to know about the alarm and the drawbacks while keeping everything honest and professional. He would talk to me about the proximity sensors, shock sensors, and other accessories with the alarm. So when it came to dropping my car off Kim gave me a ride back to the place I needed to go which was super philanthropic because other mechanics usually make you wait or find your own transportation. He estimated that'd it be finished in a day but when I came back after 6 hours they were finished and testing the alarm! When it comes to my car I am super cautious and paranoid on who to bring it to but in the hands of CK Auto Image, I have nothing to be afraid of. There are a few things that aren't perfect but Ken assured me if there's anything wrong they'll take care of it so that's what I plan on doing on Thursday! read more

Had an appointment here in September to get my 3 series tinted. When I showed up the owner wasn't even there yet and someone else was already waiting in the parking lot as well. He finally showed, assured me that he had enough people to tint (I saw nobody else, and if he had people there to tint, why were clients waiting outside 30 mins for him to show?!) It was a struggle with the other customer to get our cars discussed, he thought we could do a group session and pick out tint together at the same time and that would be it. After waiting for him to show, then not getting personalized attention like he didn't care, I walked out. Never again. Seems he needs to learn to run his business. If I could give negative stars I would. I went to Mr. Tint, got in and out in a few hours, they squeezed me in with no problems. read more

I came in on a Friday (yesterday) to see if I can get quoted on how much I can get my 2016 Subaru Impreza. I walked in and was quickly greeted by Kim, who I believe is the wife of the shop owner. I had little to no knowledge about tint and she helped answer all the questions I threw at her. She's very knowledgeable and helped me decide the right percentage of tint I wanted. She took me around the back of the shop to show me some examples of other cars they have already finished. I then made an appointment for Saturday at 4pm (today) to get my car tinted. I came in at 4pm and they were immediately ready to take my car and get to work. They said it would take about 2-3 hours to finish. I decided to stay around the vicinity of the shop so I grabbed a drink at the nearby Starbucks and went back and waited in their shop. The shop had nice couches to lounge as well as two arcade machines to keep you busy. Before I knew it, the car was finished in 1hr and 30mins. Way faster than the projected time they gave me. I was thrilled! They took me around the back for me to look at and I am very happy with the results! It was a pleasure doing business with them. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the services they provide for their customers. I'd definitely recommend this place to all of my friends who want to tint their cars. read more

This is my 2nd yelp review and have not done one since 2011, but because of my experience here at CK Auto; a postive rating of 5 stars and a big thumbs up is what I promised to do for Ken and his staff. I had recently bought a GC Subaru Impreza, yet the windows needed new tint. Also I figured my family car (Honda CRV) could use the tint too, So after reading the reviews on yelp, I gave this place a try. I was more than satisfied with the tint job on both cars, the timely matter it was completed and the venue's dedication to their customers. I did have to take the Impreza back in to fix an issue with the tint getting caught from the door panel seal. THIS WAS ONLY DUE TO: my car door is a little misaligned, putting more pressure in that spot where it was getting caught. Ken fixed it with no problem what so ever. 2 weeks later, went back to CK Auto Image and had a Viper alarm system with auto start installed, they did a great job on that as well. 2 weeks after that, I went back again because someone had broken into my car. I did not hear my alarm pager on my keys go off, because I was working out and the keys were in my backpack. When I had got back to the car, nothing important was stolen and the car was still there. The alarm worked so well, the only thing the thief could do was rip out the siren from the car. The thief probaly thought after he disabled power to the alarm, he could enter the car quietly. NOPE, alarm still sounded due to the backup battery I had installed, thus the thief having to rip out the siren and taking off probably because he had attracted too much attention (speculating there). I was more greatful the car was still there. Ken and his crew fixed that right up and replaced the damaged parts to the alarm system. * I would recommend having a backup battery installed on your alarm system. PROS: -More than decent prices. -Quality of work + knowledge of the products they sell and what is out on the market. -Dedication to their customers. CONS: -NONE! When I decide to upgrade my stereo system, I will be coming back here again. I will also be sure to send anyone I know, who needs tint and audio/ stereo work done here. read more

Ken does a great job at tinting, been coming to his shop for more than 2 years now and so far no complaints at all! I would definitely refer anyone who needs tint, stereo, rims, etc to Ken. Thanks!! read more

I bought my car 4 years ago, and wanted to get the windows tinted from day one. But it's one of those chores that I don't really think about it, and too lazy to get it done. Finally, this store open at a busy corner by my work, and I MUST drive by everyday. There's also a big banner that says "Windows Tinting" Well, it can't get any more obvious than that... and no more excuses. So one day, I pulled over, dropped off the car.. and a few hours later .. voila...my car looks like a fancy tinted limo ! Ken is the owner and also the person that worked on my car. Great customer service and very easy going guy. The price was very reasonable. He did an awesome job! There was a few spots that I thought were bubbles. But after the film dried out, I got a car wash and everything was perfect. I picked out the medium shade, so it's still passes as "legal" Everything blends in really well. I'm planing to come back and get them install a DVD player in my other car soon. read more

I came here after reading the reviews and was amazed to see why others had rated this place, i must say Ken is very resourceful and easy to reason and do business with. I decided to tint all the windows on my 2000 Infiniti I30 and was very pleased on the quality of tint and the service offered. I was amazed to see that this small store was able to offer me a better customer experience than larger stores, i am sure there is something the larger chains to look into if they want to retain their customers. read more

These guys do fantastic work! I wanted to get a deeper tint to my Tucson's windows (that privacy glass is not very "private"), and called CK Auto up today. This is on a Sunday! They are open until 6pm on Sundays! Called ahead, and was told that even though I don't have an appointment to bring the car in, they can get to it today. Time was estimated to be about 3 hours, and it took about 3.5, but he did tell me that they would prioritize appointments ahead of me, which is perfectly reasonable and acceptable - and expected (if I had an appointment). Window tints are beautiful! I can already feel the difference, and I know my son won't be baked in the car while driving around town. haha. I was also told that if there was a problem with the ting, like bubbling or otherwise, removal and reapplication is free!! I can't recommend these guys enough! Fast and quick! read more

Custom car audio installation. Kim did a great job installing a sound system in my boyfriend's car. Not only did the face look super clean, the stereo sounded incredible. He added touches specifically tailored to his car that made the sound even better. I recommend this place. The owners are very personable and professional. They got everything done on a timely manner and really take the time to make sure you're satisfied. read more

They did excellent work, at a fair price and tinted my entire car in only 90 minutes! I loved the friendliness and customer service! Kim and Ken are very nice people. They make you feel welcome from the time you set foot in the store. My appointment for my stereo install done on time and the install was very clean. I was literally in and out in 30 minutes. Prices are very competitive. Showroom is aesthetically pleasing but still in progress - soon enough they'll have some couches and a TV to pass the time. Starbucks and Subway around the corner to kill time is a plus. Five stars for referring to me by my first name instead of "hey you there." This is best experience I've had with a shop of this caliber and it is my new go-to shop for alarms, tint and stereos. read more

CK Auto Image is the place to work on your car. You can trust Ken to do a complete job and he backs up his work.

Wow! What a team. This family run business really delivers. Kim runs the front and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. We talked about the varying degrees of tint and she made some excellent recommendations as well as explaining Johnson products and the warranty. She discussed the pros/cons of the various shades and was very knowledgeable about the products. Soon thereafter I met Ken, who runs the back, and he assured me I'd be happy with the tinting. I utilized their shuttle service and when I returned they had the car done exactly at the time they promised. The finished product made the car gorgeous and much cooler, literally and figuratively! We are now far more protected from the sun and so is the leather interior. I could not be happier with the consultation and finished product. The shuttle and customer service were gravy. There is a Starbucks a few doors down if you decide your gonna wait. They stand behind their work and Johnson also has a fantastic warranty. I don't know if you can ask for more,...a friendly family business that is on point, uses high quality products, is affordable, and delivers friendly, knowledgeable service. I expect to be back for some audio work. Thanks Kim and Ken! read more

Ken really knows what customer service is all about. I was referred by our son, who at first tried to order parts online and have someone else install them. After having issues with this, our son went to Ken - who with his expertise knowledge and wide variety of products was able to help him get the right equipment installed at a very reasonable price. We arrived, without an appointment, on Friday morning and asked Ken if he could put a custom stereo system into our BMW. Ken was amazing - he and his crew stayed after hours, well into the night, to complete the task and the result was amazing! To top it off, I went back the next day to add another speaker. Again, without an appointment, Ken fit me in and even helped me out in determining which equipment I would need to get the sound I desired. I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't need, as a matter of fact I ASKED him to put more equipment in! He always fit me in, regardless of how busy he is - most importantly, made me feel like a valued customer! I am very pleased with Ken and CK Auto Image. We will definitely be back for future projects, including an alarm system I am looking into. Thank you CK Auto Image! read more

From Mac - Was directed to CK Auto by a friend. So it was my first time here. When I came in I spoke to Ken (great guy) I informed him of what I wanted, he listened attentively, never interrupting me once (like a lot of places do) he took a look at my car and gave me some options. He offered an option that made sense (an option that was a better way, than of what I was thinking) :) I waited as they worked. Spoke to Noel one of their installers, another great guy and highly knowledgable! After everything was complete they asked me to test it out and everything worked flawlessly! Great Price, even better service and genuinely really great guys! I will be back to see Ken again when I need more work done! Thank you Ken and Noel! You guys are awesome! read more

I needed my backup camera on my Grand Cherokee relocated as I installed a tire carrier that blocked its view. I made several calls to different shops and all of them said it can't be done and I had to install a new aftermarket camera. That's until I spoke to Ken at CK Auto Image. We talked about different options but at the end he recommended to just relocate my camera to save on cost. He fabricated a new mount on my tire carrier and found a good spot for my camera. The work was clean and professionally done! Now I can use my backup camera once again thanks to Ken. I have other type of electronic projects planned for my rig and I will definitely take my business back here again. read more

Ken and his team do excellent work, they are fast, the price is reasonable and the work is excellent. I originally went to have the windows tinted on my truck and was so happy I went back for a new stereo. Ken's wife gave me a ride back to my office after I dropped off my truck and was more than willing to pick me up again which is awesome because a lot of places only give you a ride back to your office and you are on your own for the return trip. When you go in make sure to say hi to jackpot the dog, he is super cute. I will be going back again soon for window tinting on my car and will be sure to send friends his way. read more

Great group of people! Was getting a new alarm/keyless entry installed and from the very beginning everything was easy and difficult-free. An auto body shop contacted CK for me to pay for the damage and so when I arrived everything was on their end already and I was in and out with a few hours. Very professional group of people, were open to discussing anything else I was thinking about getting (new car stereo, etc) and not trying to get me in and out, but took the time to explain thoroughly all my choices. As soon as I returned was also given a demo of the new alarm system. Definitely will be a return customer in the near future with a new sound system, satisfied customer! read more

This will probably my life long window tinting place. I had my car tinted last year, awesome work and decent price. I bought a new car last week, and of course I got my car tinted there again. The owner is very knowledgeable. I like my tinting dark, and about to go the darkest possible. He recommended it over the manufacturing tinting would be too dark, and I'd have hard time to see the back. Good I listened to him, my car looks the way I wanted, and I am able to see through the back window. I have a tiny Maltese dogie who likes get some fresh air by the driver winder side. A year after I tinted the previous car, my dogie's nail scratched my window tinting. I asked CK's owner to fix it for me before I sell the car. He said the damage caused by my dogie's nail, which usually not covered by the warranty. However, he fixed for me for free. Awesome!!! I am very thankful for the awesome service and quality of work. BTW, you will get a 10% material discount on your second car! I have tinted three cars at that place, and 100% satisfied!! read more

I got my windows tinted here because it was close to home, convenient, and the price was very reasonable. Very easy, no hassle, received a call as soon as it was ready to pick up, and got my car back in less than 2 hours. They've also got a decent selection of auto a/v equipment. Whether I buy from them or from an online dealer, I'll most likely come back to CK for installation. read more

Ken (the owner) and his employees are very nice. They provided me with amazing customer service. I highly recommend them for your car needs.

In all the years I've been using Yelp, I've never written a review. However, for CK Auto Image I felt they definitely deserved one! I came here for the first time two yrs ago for a car alarm and install (before I moved to Tahoe) As soon as I stepped in, it was exactly the experience one would hope to get. No annoying salesmen pushing me to the most expensive unit or trying to up sell me on things I don't need. Instead, I received a welcoming by Ken, asking for what he can help me with, and from there CK Auto Image did that and more with their professionalism and personable services... 1) If you're stereo/alarm/tech savvy and know what you want, Ken and his crew will deliver fair prices w/great services 2) If you're not sure what you want, that's OK too. CK Auto Image's knowledge and experience can definitely help you find what you want and or need. (I would feel comfortable sending my mom here alone having no doubt that she would not be ripped off or misled.) Here you get more of a stereo/alarm/install consultant than a place that looks at each customer as $$$ opportunities. 3) The owner Ken seems to really have a passion for his craft in this business. Not only is he the primary guy you'll interface with in coming up with a configuration that you're looking for, but he's also one to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty with doing the installs along with his crew. It's not often you see that nowadays. Most owners just hire and delegate work, which to me, usually leads to a drop in quality of work. But not here. Consistent great quality work everytime! Two yrs later (yesterday) I came all the way down from Tahoe, glad to be welcomed by Ken just as I did the first time, still providing the same great quality service and advice I needed. Stock stereo finally died on me, and Ken helped me with a great new unit and speakers installed same day that sound incredible! read more

First off, customer service was awesome. I came in today to tint the front windows of my new jeep. The person up front (maybe the owner) showed me which one he recommended to best match the factory. After we squared that away I asked about possible navigation installs. He was more than willing to answer all my questions and to show me the best options for my needs. He quoted me 100 for the front two windows and got it done in 45 min as promised. If I lived in town I would definitely come back in the future for any car audio/tint needs. read more

After finding out that one of my favorite automotive audio companies had stopped producing products for the US market (Eclipse by Fujistu Ten) i quickly found a local shop that had the products i was looking for. I showed up and was surprised at the size of the shop. It was small with a after market performance section (Tein, Greddy, Spoon, Jei's Racing, etc.) and a small audio section. Import performance magazines were neatly placed on the performance side as i waited for the young lady behind the counter finish up with her customer. Within a minute she greeted me and said she would be a moment. Being a local business i wasn't expecting to be swarmed by commission based employees trying to sell me more expense stuff and knew less about the product than i did (Frys). It took a while to be helped, but i did not mind, i was not in a rush and was willing to wait for good service, and thats what i got. The sale guy was cool, friendly, pleasant and did not rush anything. Since i had an idea of what i was looking for i didn not go through the typical sales routine. When i came to price they were firm, but at the same time it was a very fair price for what i got (Eclipse CD1200) which came with an iPod cable. Picked up a plug and play harness for my truck and walked out with a new head unit and harness adapter for reasonable price. I went with a local shop because i wanted to keep my $$$ local and i like the idea of being able to go back and talk to the people that i purchased the head unit from should any problems occur, instead of boxing stuff up and shipping it out to some ware house in the mid west. I will be returning here for my audio needs. Come here if you want a quality product, with quality FRIENDLY!! help, at a very reasonable price. read more

We were having an issue with our old car alarm and wanted it replaced with a basic alarm system so I went on Yelp and found this place. Ken was very professional and didn't try to pressure me into spending more money than I wanted to. He was very informative about what he had available and was upfront about all the prices. I felt more comfortable here compared to my previous car alarm installation experiences at big box stores like Best Buy. I was in/out in less than an hour. The only negatives I found was that this place is located in a real small plaza so parking is scarce, especially during the lunch hour (which is exactly when I happened to come here). So keep that in mind if you decide to come down. They accept cash, credit, and debit-not sure about checks. I would definitely recommend CK Auto Image. read more
