Back when I had my black Impala, I searched on Yelp for detailing shops. SV Auto Pros was one of the highest rated shops, so I stopped in and John, the owner, was present (as usual). He spent some time with me, explained his services and answered all of my questions. He also brought me inside the work area and I noticed how meticulous their processes and shop are. He showed me a vehicle that was brought to him new in 2016, and he's been maintaining ever since. I couldn't believe it was 5 years old... I could swear it was brand new! I decide right there and then that when I bought a new car, I would bring it to John, and let them do their thing. I'm certain if I had him correct my paint and re-apply ceramic on the Impala, (I had it done from an inferior shop when I bought it 1 year old from a rental car company), they would have made it look perfect again. (I ended up getting rear ended pretty hard a couple months later and had all the top surfaces repainted... and sold it not too much later). Two plus years later, and now I bought a new F150 in star white tri-coat. The benz had SO MANY, THOUSANDS, of SCRATCHES... the circular wavy ones aaaallllllll over anyone's car that is not a few weeks brand new and also has not yet been to at most 5 washes. My car is black and from my stand point... it was reallly bad! Lots and lots of SCRATCHES circling through and over and aside thousands of other micro scratches. People would say "you really Detailing a (kinda) new car?" "Yes it needed it" And it really did.... when they were done.... O. M. G. That paint looked like BRANNDD! NEW. I expected to receive a class 8-8.5 at BEST a 9/10 They finished and besides the fact I was amazed, a bit shocked, and beyond satisfied, 11/10 is WELL DESERVED.... best exterior detail I've ever had. Period. Real deal attention to detail, right materials, on time, speaks detail language, Carries what seemed to be all the needed supplies AND MORE, knew the methods, ethics, prep and procedures. The white van with their logo, awesome work, amazing finish. I am a perfectionist, clean freak, and total organizer... this is coming from me... someone with very high starting standards... most no one almost always never passes it. REAL PROFESSIONALS. this is where the money is at, this is where YOU NEED TO INVEST! There were paint chips and really deep scratches in some places... that needed a body shop, or a miracle... not a detail. So although they made the car perfect, there were still imperfections because of the cars condition, and again, a wash or detail could not fix.
