Brought in 2017 mercedes gle350 for windshield tint. Josh had to fix and fill in 5 windshield cracks before he can tint. All cracks were filled in almost to perfection and the windshield tint was done 100%. Now im ready for summer.
Just got my truck's windows tinted at Rogue Auto Salon, and let me tell you, it's like my truck went from looking like a humble minivan to a secret agent on a mission. These guys don't just tint windows--they give your ride the VIP treatment it deserves. My truck's got that sleek, "hater blocker" look now. Shoutout to the crew who didn't just slap some tint on and call it a day. They treated my truck like it was the Batmobile, making sure every corner was flawless. They were extremely detailed oriented and did not cut any corners. If you're considering window tint, do yourself a favor and roll up to Rogue Auto Salon and ask for Josh. Calling in ahead is reconnended and their price is very very competitive and great value.
I brought my Prius to Rogue Auto Salon to get the windows tinted, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Josh was awesome--he worked fast, was super professional, and did a clean, high-quality job. The tint looks flawless and really upgraded the look of my car. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality work and and quick service! Also, dope looking shop!
My car window was broken into on the drivers side. I was frantically looking for someone to tint my windows after a new one was installed. Josh was quick for response, convenient availability slots, and fair pricing. He did the work himself from beginning to end. The ceramic tint was installed to match my other windows.!He did a great job from what I can tell so far. I wanted to wait 1-2 weeks to see if there would be any bubbles and none came up so far. He also told me he has unlimited warranty on his work which is a bonus.
I was looking to get my GR86 wrapped, and a friend recommended Rogue Auto Salon. They added me to a group chat with Josh, the owner, who immediately stood out for his professionalism and attention to detail. He invited me to stop by the shop, and after discussing colors, I decided to go with a stunning pearl yellow wrap. Once we scheduled the install, Josh kept me informed throughout the process, including updates on the wrap shipment. Whenever I had a question, his response was always prompt--usually within 24 hours--and he explained everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work. When the big day came and I saw my GR86 fully wrapped, I was in love with it all over again. I absolutely recommend Rogue Auto Salon to anyone looking for a high-quality vehicle wrap, window tint, or PPF.
Exceptional service, great response. Josh work is beyond recognition & repose. Id recommend anybody & everybody to Rogue Auto Salon.
highly recommend this shop! super quick and quality work! i recently noticed there was super bad embedded dirt all over the paint on my trunk. after trying numerous ways to get it off, i decided to come to the shop as josh said he could get it fixed! not only did he miraculously remove the dirt, he also fixed my scuff that has been on my car for years.
Josh did an amazing job with my windows! He provides such a professional experience which really adds to the quality work. So glad my friend recommended Rogue Auto!
Josh is great! Got my windows tinted by him 1st and not to long ago got my car wrapped by Rogue! Great work. Love the attention to detail on the wrap.
Josh took care of my first car and I am happy to report another fantastic job to the second. The tint is so natural with a consistent and even color. There are no gaps, lines or bubbling. Truly he provides a great price for the high quality of his work. Professional and with a keen eye for detail overall I couldn't recommend anyone other than him. Thank you Josh!!
I was looking for a high-quality car tint solution for both heat reduction and privacy at a good cost and, after doing some research online, found a string of great recommendations on Reddit for Rogue Auto. I reached out on Instagram and Josh was very responsive, answered all my questions and made recommendations based on what I was looking for. When I brought the car in, he was warm, welcoming and showed a genuine desire to understand my needs. He showed me some examples of tint levels in his shop and even on different cars he had on the lot which really helped me understand the differences so I was able to make a more informed decision that way. After dropping it off, he gave me a time estimate and sent me updates on progress which was very helpful! Upon picking it up, it looked so clean and slick. I have so much privacy now and anything in the back seats and trunk are just invisible. He also gave me an estimate on a rock chip repair on my windshield (my husband's car has one that we've been wanting to fix so now we know who to go to for those!) Highly recommend Rogue if you're looking for precision detail and professional services!
Had to get my car re-tinted after it got smashed in Oakland. Josh was nice enough to get me squeezed in on late notice. It was a pretty quick job, and he made sure I was happy with it before I left. Hopefully I wont have to come back, but will definitely hit up Josh for any future needs.

Josh at Rogue has worked on several of my cars over the years, for various jobs including ceramic window tint, tinted tail lights, and a full color-changing dynamic paint protection film on my latest project car. Dynamic PPF basically combines the best of both worlds between wrap, traditional PPF, and some ceramic coatings, offering a refinish that is nearly indiscernible from paint (unlike many vinyl wraps), lasts longer than wrap (6-8+yrs vs 3-5), protects the paint better, and is often pretty hydrophobic. Rogue Auto Salon's work is all over my 2015 RS 5, including ceramic tint all around, tinted tail lights, and a midnight metallic red dynamic PPF refinish. I think the results speak for themselves! read more

Josh and his team did great. I brought my brand new M3 in to him for tint and PPF and he gave me the best price out of all the local shops I talked to and was very communicative. I came in last week for a consultation on getting some tint work on my Lexus and Audi. Josh took the time to explain the difference between my current tint and his tint. He was honest and said that the tint I have and his tint wasn't going to match. He suggested that I return the front. I went ahead and did what was recommended. I already had a feeling that that's what I was going to have to do before going to see him. He said he would take my 2 cars in when he gets settled into his new shop(in 2 weeks! But a few days later, he followed up and took me in early. I was like yes!! Dropped off both cars and both was done within a few hours. Great service and did a great job explaining everything. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here for tint! read more

I couldn't be more impressed with the incredible job Josh did tinting my 2022 Toyota 4Runner! I opted for the ceramic tint, and it's a game-changer. If you're in California, I highly recommend skipping the regular carbon tint--ceramic is essential for heat reduction in our hot climate. Having previously tinted two other cars, a Honda Civic and a Tesla Model 3, at different shops, I can confidently say Josh's level of quality, attention to detail, and effort is unmatched. If you've never had your car tinted, or even if you're considering it for a used or new vehicle, I strongly recommend consulting with Josh. Thank you, Josh, for making my 4Runner look amazing with the all-black tint. I can't wait to bring my next car to you--and I'll definitely be sending my friends your way! read more

Absolutely loving the new tint job on my new 2023 RWD Tesla Model 3. I really don't know too much about tinting in general, but Josh was able to walk me through my options and talk me through what would look best. Ultimately we went with 50% tint on the windshield, 35% front windows and 20% on the back windows. No regrets whatsoever. Josh was also super communicative throughout the process. I most definitely appreciated that. I'm already going to be telling my friends about going here. 10/10 am definitely recommending! read more

My wife's cousin referred me to Josh. He's super friendly, talented, honest, and straightforward. I went to him for a tint. He also agreed to install new black OEM rear emblems, which I really appreciated since I was having trouble finding a shop to help me out. Everything looks amazing. I'd definitely recommend him! read more

I own a ten year old SUV that has seen so many commercial truck rears. When my car turned ten, a truck decides to gift it with the biggest crack on the windshield. I had to get it fixed and I didn't want to spend $$$ on a new windshield, so I shopped around and found a 5 star auto detailing in San Jose. Josh, the owner was very pleasant, very professional and detail oriented. If you didn't see that rock chip before, you wouldn't have known that he spent 1.5 hours working on it. I would highly recommend anyone to him, fair pricing, his attitude and overall professionalism just shows with the work he does. He didn't stop until he got even the micro rock chips on the windshield. Thank you again for the excellent service! read more

I bought my first car and was excited looking around where to get ceramic coatings. Josh was super nice and transparent about the whole process, and answered all my questions about pricing, maintenance, and scheduling. The whole process took about 3 days since black cars take a little longer. Sadly, my car came to Josh with quite a bit of swirls/contaminants from the dealership. But the final results were amazing! My car looks so shiny and way better than when it first came to him. Go to Josh if you need any coating/tinting! read more

Thanks for trusting me with your vehicle Timothy!
I highly recommend checking out rogue tinting if you're looking to get your car windows tinted. Josh is very professional and easy to work with. He responded to my questions at a reasonable time, sometimes quicker than expected too. He answered all of my questions, even if it was ridiculous questions lol. And he made sure I was 100% sure with what I wanted WITHOUT trying to sell me on anything - if that makes sense. I went with 38% front and 20% rear tints because I wanted my windows dark but not so dark where I'll have to worry about getting pulled over. My boyfriend helped me drop off my car, and he even had a smooth interaction with the whole drop off process. Josh also provided detailed instructions on not rolling down any of my windows for x amount of days. AND put the sticker/tape on my window buttons with a reminder to not roll them down. Super cool because I know I would've forgotten without it. Haha. He also checked in the day after to make sure the windows were drying fine and no bubbles were showing up. Amazing customer service. I will be recommending him to any friends or family looking to get their windows tinted. read more

I recently got my windows tinted by Rogue Tinting. I've been waiting a few years cause I wanted tinted windows but I didn't know who was good and where to go until I found this page and it looked trust worthy. I wasn't sure what % to get my front and back but Josh was very helpful in the process and I trusted his recommendation. After i picked up my car I was very happy with the overall work and I would recommend anyone who is looking to come here. **now my left arm and any anyone sitting in the back won't have to get sun burnt read more

Recently had my Tesla Model Y brought into Rogue Auto Salon for a couple of services. Josh was extremely responsive and provided me details on all of their services & options upon initial reach out. After weighing options based on my needs & budget, he also walked me through the pros & cons of each service without any intent to "upsell" me on anything I didn't need (honest & transparent). Kept me updated on status of services throughout the process which was great. Outcome was A1! Services: - Ceramic Tint for all windows including front windshield - Polish & Paint Correction as our car was 3 years old with quite a bit of scratches & imperfections. - 2 year ceramic coating to give car that extra shine read more

Josh was referred to me by a friend -- and I can not thank them enough! My experience was seamless and top tier. When I first reached out, I was unsure of what percentage/type of tints but Josh was able to provide me with suggestions for my car as well as pictures of his previous work on a similar car. He was very knowledgeable and helpful which gave me the confidence to book with him. I reached out a week prior to when my car was scheduled and it was a breeze from there - dropped off my car, let him know what I wanted (ceramic tints 20% all around and 50% for the front windshield) and just in a couple hours, it was ready for pick up. The results were amazing! Would definitely recommend you come in if you are thinking of getting your windows ceramic tinted! read more
