I had an incredible experience working with Josh and Theo at the shop. Josh, the owner, and Theo were fantastic. You're literally talking to the people who work on your car, which is so reassuring. The shop itself is cute and clean. I had the front of my FL5 wrapped and got a full window tint. I'm extremely detail-oriented and had a ton of questions, but Josh was so patient, never once did I feel rushed. I also took forever choosing the tint shade, and Josh took the time showing me different examples. I even wanted to know how they wash the cars prior to PPF and tint application. I can tell you, they do everything the right way. Once they started, they kept me in the loop with frequent updates and photos. After a lot of research, I found that STEK is the top PPF, and that's exactly what they use. They also gave me recommendations on some of the other products they use to keep my paint pristine. Most importantly, the work is amazing, crystal clear, can't tell the PPF is on the car and windows tint is perfect. It has been just a few weeks, so I hope it holds up well since this is my first ever PPF, but Josh assured me the job and the film is guaranteed for 10 years, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, I got a sense this is not just a job for these guys, it's their career which they love and are very passionate about. Highly recommend them! read more

Josh and his entire Wrap Culture crew helped me re-do a botched PPF job done by another wrap company over two years ago on my brand new (at that time) 2022 Lexus IS500 LE, and their work is simply amazing. This week another car must've side-swiped me because I noticed scratches on my side mirror and the bottom of my rear door. Thank God, I had my car fully PPFd because after some polishing it all came out with no damage to my paint and hardly any damage to the PPF, but I decided to replace the PPF on the side mirror anyways. Took my CR-Z to get rewrapped due to my neighbor running into my car. They were very transparent about the process and the potential issues of redoing a whole wrap without prior history with the car. My car was wrapped and had a respray underneath that caused some issues but they were able to make do to make sure the wrap was installed properly. My carbon fiber hood had some clear coat damage so they went ahead and re applied new clear coat to prep for a smooth wrap. They took off bumpers to ensure the wrap was nicely tucked into the panels to ensure they won't peel in the future.They also sent pictures of the work in progress when I asked for updates. They even fixed my spoiler mounts which made the car perfect. As an added bonus, they also ceramic coated my wheels even though I only asked for it to be applied on the wrap. Overall I would highly recommend these guys for their attention to detail and thoroughness with the wrap. It is expensive but they went above and beyond what I expected them to do. The services I purchased were a full wrap removal, installation, and ceramic coat. Everything else was a bonus with the small touches that complete the build. 2 month update since rewrap: there has been 2 areas near the headlights that were peeling up. I scheduled an appointment with the team and took me right in for warranty work. The fix was to cut out the peeling area and patch it up. The car still looks good after the fix! read more
