The interior of my car became flooded up to my ankles. I drove around looking for a place that would hopefully be able to at least get the inside dry so that it wouldn't start to stink in my car. I happened upon One Stop, and instead of making me feel like a jack@$$, which would have been well-warranted, they were very helpful and vacuumed out the interior of my car. The floor mats needed extra time, and so they offered to hang them up in the shop for a couple days free of charge. Upon my return to pick them up, I brought the guys some coffee, which is nowhere near enough to thank them for their kindness. In the future, I will most definitely be taking my car to One Stop for repairs. Thanks, guys! I've attached a "before" picture for your comedic entertainment.

Being a Realtor who puts 40k + miles a year on my cars I have been there quite a bit.

I also felt that some of the business practices were unfair and not handled transparently. Customers should be given clear information, reasonable explanations, and the opportunity to understand charges before decisions are made. The customer service made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of feeling like my concerns were being addressed, I felt dismissed and left to repeatedly follow up for basic information. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. Better communication, transparency, and respect for customers would go a long way.
