Fantastic price. The in-house warranty is the best way to go. $299.00 plus $50.00 in-house warranty. Good choice for your buck!

My experience: bought a french door with bottom freezer pull out refrigerator from them…read more Refrigerator doesn't work after 2 weeks but the freezer is still okay for now. Ice maker doesn't work since they don't check or guarantee if it works in the first place. Just call them and was told the first available service is 2 weeks out with $65. Unless if you want to bring the refrigerator back to the shop to be serviced. So there's no way I can have it delivered and returned to my house with extra $300. With that being said, close to $800 spent only freezer works for now. Possibly I might have to throw this garbage away. Refrigerator $583 Delivery $150 Note to people: * Appliances from store should be guaranteed working in the first place. That includes ice maker. * If the appliance store delivers it, they should come to your location free of services within warranty period (most of them do, just not CJ Appliances). Personally, I lost trust in CJ Appliances, their quality of products, the warranty services and purchasing conditions. Just a review for others to be aware of. Hope it helps.

My renter had to stop them before they did further damage. Driver told my renter the process was to email the company for a resolution. So because I am the owner I emailed this low end company and their response was..."since it wasn't noted on the delivery receipt they were not responsible" the driver did not lead the recipient to note that and told us a email was the process. I sent CJ's this picture the same day, I would assume the delivery driver would admit this did happen but NO they stood their ground and did not take responsibility for this obvious damage. They offered me $50 delivery fee back. I do plan on pursuing this legally. I am sick of crappy companies taking no responsibility in their crappy services that damage homes!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

This business shares a parking lot with my apartment building, and the shenanigans are incredible…read more I do not know how they stay in business. A friend bought a refrigerator from here, it broke within a month. It then took about a week until she could get someone from the shop to answer her calls. They claimed they didn't remember her, but that they would come fix the fridge within a couple of days, which became a week, which became never. They said there was nothing they could do to fix the fridge, which they had previously "fixed" and sold as refurbished. Thankfully my friend's father came to the rescue and bought her a new refrigerator, but she still went several weeks without one. They spend pretty much all day, every day spraying out old appliances with a hose. I bet the alleyway is littered with maggots. I refuse to explore that. I can do without seeing whatever it is that they are endlessly hosing down the drain in the alley. They transport the appliances in pickup trucks and a box truck that they like to park in the middle of the parking lot, making it difficult for the people who actually live in the neighborhood to get in and out of the lot. The roads in this part of Dundalk are all one way, but apparently that does not apply to these guys. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I'm out there they're driving the wrong way on Commerce Street. We've even told them that it's one way. They care not. The corner of Commerce and Trading is already madness without crazy men driving trucks full of half broken appliances the wrong way. Look, I know appliances are expensive and some of you are just trying to squeak through until the next pay day, and the idea of finding a cheap stove or fridge is appealing, but don't do it here. You're going to have to buy two, if you buy your first replacement here. Don't do it. Don't.

I received a text and picture as proof of it at my front door. I walked downstairs to get it and it was gone. double checked the delivery picture and it was there. looked on my Ring camera and watched the delivery guy drop it off and snap a photo. within one minute a guy consulting a piece of paper and seemingly looking for my address walks up and without hesitation steals the package. an obvious little partnership going on there. the store itself is pretty poor and I prefer Lowe's as it is cleaner, better stocked with nicer staff but farther away. thought a quick delivery would be ok but didn't count on anything like this

For the most part I can generally find what I want/need. The first time I visited I was taken aback by the amount of 'day workers' hanging around the store. I assume they're looking for work. I purchased a few rolls of sod on one occasion and they were sitting on the rolls outside. I had to ask them to move to get my rolls, which was a bit uncomfortable. That's my main negative view of this Home Depot as that area is covered with litter. Anyway, that's not the actual store, but I can see that keeping customers away. I've found help when needed/asked, but for the most part I'm in and out. I usually know what I want, know where to find it, and I'm out the door. I was looking for plant stands on my most recent trip. They did have a few nice ones, but they did not match my decor. I did find a nice pot to replant my snake plant.
