We just bought a home with a 20 year old pool in Fair Condition, but not better. We're experiencing all kinds of issues and they've been patient and thoughtful in their education and advice on each issue we've had. They're not just out to sell us thousands of dollars of stuff. It can be really daunting to take over a pool from someone else. You can only guess how carefully or neglecting they were, even if you get a top notch pool inspection beforehand. Our pool was sold to us with the assurance they'd help us with the aspects of installation and it was not. The first day the pool went up, the liner ripped. 17,000 gallons of water and all the materials such as sand GONE. Slowest customer service; got a liner delivered several days later. Pool is STILL not fixed more than two weeks later and they will not return calls. I wish someone had warned me- please go ANYWHERE else.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. I visited the showroom and found a hot tub I was interested in purchasing. The following day, I called ready to move forward based on the pricing and details I was originally shown. However, once financing was discussed, the terms changed. The advertised package originally included an electric cover, but I was told that if I financed the purchase, the cover would be removed and pricing/specifications would change. What made the experience frustrating was that the website promotes financing, but the final offer did not match what was originally presented. It also felt like pricing was being adjusted above manufacturer retail while still being marketed as a "sale." As a customer, transparency and consistency matter. If a product is advertised at a certain price with included features, those terms should remain clear regardless of payment method. The experience reminded me of seeing a car at one price and then being quoted something different when you're ready to buy. Disappointing experience overall.
