Never sure what can go with what and what you can and can't get for free but the cashier are very helpful in explaining Their coupon mess. Been twice already and first thing in the morning so it's been nice to wander around and not be in anyone's way. Drives me nuts how the only way out is south onto 12th as I live just north of there, but a minor inconvenience for cheap tools. Good place for storage containers and stuff you don't mind breaking soon. Excellent place to get lost at and wander.

Impossible to leave no star. My experience was horrible with Sierra Appliance. I will NEVER…read morerecommend them to anyone looking for quick, efficient and reliable service. After their diagnosis (in March 2026) of my range issue, they required me to pay in full the parts needed to repair my range. The parts had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer and allegedly had lots of delays, but Sierra Appliance would never provide me with proof, from the manufacturer, of said delays; just one excuse after another. Fast forward to September 2026, they had over $500 of my money for parts and still no repair work. I had a scheduled service appointment in mid September only to have them cancel on me an hour prior to the appointment (and that's only bc I called to confirm that someone was coming out between 8-12). They "condemned" my range because, "the tech said my range was old and they were scared that if they broke something during their repair, it would be difficult to get parts" WTF?!? They promised to send me a letter condemning my range and after 4 attempts to get said letter, they never followed through. Horrible, horrible customer experience and will never refer anyone to them. I have lots of emails and text messages to support this review.

They deserve 0 stars. Terrible experience with this company and Milgard Windows. We remodeled our…read moreentire house, which consisted of all windows being replaced. They never came and measured the actual windows, instead relying strictly on a set of plans provided by the contractor. This resulted in several windows not fitting after they were made. Visalia Window also installed several of them incorrectly, so they would not open and close properly, and they have still never fixed those issues after 4 years of trying. A sliding glass door was installed improperly and they ignored our requests to address the issues until after stucco work was completed and it had to be completely ripped out and replaced. Then they damaged the replacement during installation and refused to provide any additional assistance. Another sliding glass door has a screen that won't roll properly and always comes off, so we can't even use it. They were paid $55,000 and swore they would do everything to fix all of the issues because they had a reputation to uphold, but they do not care about the customer after they take your money. They do not return phone calls or do anything for you once they are paid. Milgard Window Company is just as bad and do not honor warranties or provide any follow up assistance with poor quality installation of their inferior products. Be warned and go with another company.
