My refrigerator/freezer was going out. The freezer was keeping things frozen, but the refrigerator was not keeping things cold. Claudia came and assessed the problem. She told me the fan was not working correctly, and cleared ice away (I must not have been very observant in keeping the ice buildup at bay). She told me she needed to order the part and would be back at the end of the week or when the part came in. The part did come in, and she was prompt in coming back and fixing the broken fan. They sold me a broken stove that poured gas out then went on vacation for 2 weeks. I called the shops phone and the business owner answered and told me to deal with it myself cause they were on vacation. Now I have a stove in my front yard that I have to store till they're back from vacation the lady was extremely rude and I gotta buy and install a new stove. They "only charge for the part" when doing repairs. The part seems to always cost about $50 however. When they do a repair on your machine (in our case, washer and dryer) make sure they actually install a new part and don't use a piece of copper to bypass something for it to continue to work. They'll come out and replace the part they should have originally, in our case a year later when we found the copper that had been installed burnt the connector. read more

Terrible service!! I bought a fridge there that had an ice maker and water tap and everything was supposed to work, nothing worked, the water did come out but leaked very badly all over the ground everyday. They said they were gonna come and fix everything and never did, kept putting it off with excuse after excuse. Finally I just wanted a refund and even that was trying to pull teeth. She would never answer my calls and I had to go down to the shop to talk to her which half the time she was never there and i just got added to a call list. Finally after 3 months of hastle after hastle i got my money back and then got accused of not cleaning it out enough! What nerve and terrible business ethic! Do not trust them! When does a washing machine break? The night before you leave town on business. UGH! We have ORHP home warranty but their contractors couldn't be here for a week. I called around and this company was able to fit us in the same day! Whew! Chuck was the technician that showed up promptly. He was courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. She then said they'd deliver and connect everything that same day! So all the stress of shopping, making the purchase, then getting them delivered and installed just went away. Claudia assured me that all appliances they sale undergo a rigorous testing process and they replace any parts with new parts that aren't working properly. I believe her. This business is absolutely fantastic. I went in Monday just to look for a washer and dryer set. I was greeted by one of the sons, Brandon, and he was an awesome help. He put up with my nonsense which was a lot. I asked to look at many washer and dryers and he obliged. He moved the washers and dryers left and right just so I could look at the inside. I asked a bunch of questions and he gave me his honest opinion and solid advice on what would last and do the job right which is what I needed. I ended up buying a set that day and they said they would deliver and install for free. The cord to plug in the dryer into my outlet was wrong and they changed it for me to make it work. Claudia and her husband are so kind and kept things real which I appreciate. There are too many rude people in the customer service industry and this family are a breath of fresh air. Claudia even gave me a recipe for some rice, which I will try by the way if you're reading! i am very disappointed with this business...first of all I bought a used gas dryer from them and they gave me a 90 day warrenty. I've had it a couple of wks. and am having problems...they told me to call and they would come right out...they told me that they would probably buy my electric dryer that I don't have the hookup for...so I called and the lady made a 3:30 p.m. appt. saying theyed be out...when they didn't show I called back only to get chewed out about how they were to busy...now I am having problems with their gas dryer...and they keep their answering machine on ignoring my calls...not a happy customer and seriously thinking of turning them into bbb read more
