I had a appointment for them to come out to fix my washer. Never called me about the time the day before. Only found out a couple of minutes before they came out to my address to fix my washer. They told me that i needed multiple parts in order to have my washer be fixed. They said that there was no one here locally who had those parts and that Fresno was the only place who had them. The fastest that they could go get the parts and come back to install them was going to be an additional 5 days. The estimated total came out to over $500+. The tech told me that if I was going to get rid of my washer that i could sell it to him and he could scrap it for parts. I went to another company and the tech there told me that all i needed was a $5 part. I was even shown how to put the part in and installed the $5 part myself. Connor's was a waste of my time and money. Still had to pay a lot of money for them to even come out and diagnose my washer. Never again. read more

I needed someone to come out and look at my washing machine, so I took to Yelp to see who I could find. My fellow Yelpers directed me to Conner's Appliance and my people did not steer me wrong. I called on a Monday and was immediately scheduled for the next day. A few hours later, I was electronically informed of my 3 hour window for my Tuesday appointment. I received another electronic phone call on Tuesday notifying me that my technician was already on his way which was earlier than my scheduled window. The technician, Josh, was friendly and polite. Im writing a review on work they did a few months ago on my laundry washer. Im writing it now because I wanted to make sure that the work they did held up and the machine didn't break down days or weeks after it was done. Pricing was fair, customer service was exceptional and the work they did held up. My laundry machine is still working till now..a few months later. The only thing that was a bummer was waiting for parts to come in but that's not their fault. Its just a matter of shipping. I had a warranty with American Home Shield (since cancelled). The first 3 contractors they sent out were not competent. Finally they sent Conner's out and I could tell the difference. I appreciated the fact that they send out the same repairperson each time As it turned out the Dacor Exhaust fan could not be fixed but had to be replaced. If it hadn't been for Dylan's advocacy I would still be trying to deal with American Home Shield, which in of itself is a lesson in frustration! Dylan went to bat for me and I got the fan replaced. Will give the run around, do anything to not have to refund you and lastly will not be able to fix the issue made. Original request was for heater in our dryer not working as well as faint noise when tumbling. While they were able to fix the heating aspect we were left with a horrible loud noise.. after explaining this to them we were left to wait till they could schedule us. Unfortunately we had a death in the family and had to reschedule. While doing so we were told we'd be changed to reschedule if happens again.. to just have the next appointment no show up for. We started this in May. We finally were able to get someone back out and once again was unable to fix the noise. We were charged already for the fix at this point so I tried to be understanding. He came a third time & was very impatient and made us feel incompetent just for him not able to fix his mistake again. Long story short, go anywhere else! read more

From the first time I called and talked to a very pleasant person in the office to my appliance getting repaired; the experience was fantastic! I was scheduled for an appointment in a timely basis; I received a call confirming my appointment; I received a call notifying me of the approximate time the technician would arrive and he showed up within ten minutes of that time. Jeff (the technician) checked out the problem we were having with our freezer and immediately knew what the problem was. He had to order the part and scheduled an appointment within two days. I received a call stating an appointment was made within the two days; Jeff showed up on time and completed the necessary repair. I retained Conner's to correct a malfunctioning gas range at a rental in Visalia. They fixed the range, and replaced the plastic oven knob. When billed, I asked for a parts and labor breakdown. I found that they charged me $75 for a plastic knob. I could have purchased the brand-name knob for $34 retail. I don't know wholesale / contractor price, but they charged me 220% over retail - unacceptable! The owner, Dillon, called me and apologized for the outrages billing on the knob, and offered to make adjustment. His description of his business model and his relationship toward his clients convinced me that perhaps I had found a business entity with whom I could form a trusted relationship. read more

So happy we changed the company assigned to us by AHS warranty and went with Connor's !!! Previous company (A&R Appliance) wanted to replace the compressor after hearing noise and touching compressor, that was the extent of their diagnosis. Connor's serviceman Jeff was professional and courteous !! He wore a mask while in our home which A&R employee did not. Jeff quickly was able to determine that the intake for cooling radiator was covered in dust and that the fan had been pushed out of position making the noise. Once the unit was cleaned by simply blowing debris off and vacuuming and a minor adjustment of the fan, refrigerator is working fine. Would definitely recommend Conner's to anyone needing an appliance looked at. I have used them two times so far and was happy with both repairs. The first being a safety switch that went bad and was preventing my maytag washer from completing the final spin. The tech diagnosed this in about 15 minutes and came back to replace it same day! The second being my whirlpool refrigerator that seemed to have a small leak in the back as well as a thin sheet of ice that formed on the bottom of the freezer every few days. The culprit ended up being the drain valve. Again this was fixed the same day we called. Awesome service and extremely knowledgeable staff. read more
