So after all of that, I didn't even have my own food. I ended up giving the meal to a homeless person and drove to Taco Bell instead. If your restaurant doesn't provide basic utensils or napkins with a takeout order, why are you even offering takeout? Even fast food restaurants understand that people ordering food to go might actually need a fork to eat it. This wasn't just about a missing fork. It was the complete lack of attention to detail, basic customer service, and then being handed the wrong order on top of it. For over $50, this was an unbelievably bad takeout experience.
