Clean fast but quality work even gave me extra massage when done was reasonable with price I would go back if I lived in the area

WORST nail salon in Oakley. DONT GO THERE. Took my daughter to get her acrylics professionally taken off due to sports. The lady started clipping them and trying to pop them off with a nail, no soaking, no filing. My daughter let me know that it was hurting her so i told the nail tech that i came in to get them professionally taken off. I could've done the same thing at home. She ruined my daughters nailbeds. I told her to stop and I would take her somewhere else. Im no nail tech but it shouldn't be painful to get acrylics taken off. Will NEVER be going back there again. I shouldn't of paid her, but I left her eight dollars, What she charged. I feel bad for my daughter that i took her there.

Two days before Christmas I made my first stop in at the spa to get a fill before the holiday and I was not pleased, I had a set on before done by my usual salon(that was closed by the time I was off work) that had a glitter powder on 4 of my nails. When I asked for the fill she struggled with taking the powder off while hurting me multiple times in the process. Eventually she gave up on 2 nails and left them on with partial glitter. As she proceeded to paint my nails she just painted over the glitter and now I'm able to see it through my new set. After 4 days my nails broke while opening a bottle which never happens so I went back and asked for it to be fixed and she charged me for their mistake. I was not pleased what so ever and will not return

Not a great pic of how thin the acrylic is but you can see how bad the nail broke.

I was a walk-in appointment midweek so they were able get me in right away. I asked for a gel mani and pedi. They did a nice job.

Absolutely loved my experience here. I came in for a dip manicure and honestly had no idea what…read moredesign I wanted, so I told Lily to do her own thing--and I'm so glad I did. She absolutely nailed it. She took my vibe and ran with it, creating a design that felt effortless, clean, and stylish without being over the top. The dip application was smooth, perfectly shaped, and not bulky at all. You can tell she really knows her craft and takes pride in her work. The overall vibe of the salon is super laid back and comfortable--no rushing, no pressure, just good energy and great conversation. It felt more like a self-care moment than just an appointment. If you're someone who trusts your nail tech's creativity (or just needs someone to save you from decision fatigue), this is the place. I'll definitely be back for dip again

I came here on a referral because my friend's nails looked great, but unfortunately my experience…read morewas the opposite. The shape of my nails was really bad, and the sides were uneven where they were cut upward. I actually had to go home and fix them and reshape them myself. There was also product all over my cuticles and underneath, which looks super messy. For a first visit, especially as a referral, I expected much better. I paid $70 for the nails and still tipped her, but honestly it was a waste of my money. I rarely leave reviews, but this was so disappointing enough I had to share. The only positive was that my pedicure turned out great. I paid $145 total, complete joke. When it's a first time customer who drove from Lodi to Oakley from a referral you'd think you'd take ur time. They look gross. So disappointed. And it's the owner Lily who did my nails. Let the pictures speak for themselves. I wouldn't even give this one star.

I needed to get a soak off asap and was doing some research to find a great nail place since my…read moreboyfriend lives nearby. I'm so happy to have chosen this salon because I'm obsessed with my nails! I chose a very simple, natural color to have every day and Sophia delivered. She was very careful with the nail drill and when I expressed that it felt hot at one point, she was more cautious afterwards. Cuticle removal was also meticulous and not once was I cut. The gel polish was applied evenly and there were no bubbles or unevenness which I appreciate--being picky with my nails. The salon itself was very clean and spacious, with many spa chairs for pedicures and manicure tables. I paid a total of $51 ($40 for gel mani, $10 soak off--with service, and $6 tip but 10% off when you pay cash) which is quite reasonable compared to other places anywhere in the bay. I will definitely be rebooking with Sophia and recommend her to anyone just looking for a great gel mani.

Walked in because they had availability and their reviews were decent. I was there to get a…read moreregular pedicure. The price is $48 per regular pedicure ( not gel) and $5 for takeoff. So a basic pedi was $53 without tip. So with tip you're looking at close to $60. For polish. Honestly, for that price you can get gel and probably a tip included at other salons. Their prices are $13 - 20 higher than other comparable salons, I don't mind paying extra for a specialty/ premium pedi but this is not the case . I'm not sure what justifies this high price, but I will not be coming back. *edit after business response : high sanitation practices should be standard and not considered a luxury. The prices are still higher than other salons.*
