After manny 10 +loyal years of coming to this place my loyalty has ended with this location I cannot believe the lack of customer service they provide me in the last two years everything change they have nasty attitude & place is always dirty now not the same like before there ego change after loyal costumers !!!! The older lady here was Washing my feet with dirty water the one they just used to shrub my feet with the dirty water that has been sitting under me for 45 mins the brown filthy water gross water she decides to pour that water on top of my feet & legs and tells me that I am all done,, I told her absolutely not you need to change that water and clean my feet with fresh water she got angry at me and started speaking her language like always rude & disrespectful Before that, when it was time to scrub under my toe nail she was acting as if she was grossed out about my feet and toes and she wouldn't even put no type of effort on cleaning correctly. Under my nail she got angry at me. When I told her to please do it the right way, that thats what I'm paying for And when I asked her politely to clean under the right away she gets upset with me . That's clearly what I came here for and that's clearly what I'm paying for for . It's to have my feet, clean and service the right way!! This is my go to place for Pedicures they are quick and always remove those stubborn ingrown nails that grow. My favorite Pedicure is the peppermint not sure why it's called that because they don't always use mint usually it's just Lemon slices and occasionally some rose petals but my favorite part is the paraffin wax dip and the hot stone massage. Im really happy I came here, needed a very last minute gel/ acrylic pedicure and I'm glad I was settled right in. I have runners toes, so it's difficult for my toes to grow nicely and shaped -- so overtime I'll always need a new fill and to keep it short but cute. I've just become a new regular as long as Ana is here!!! She was fast, efficient, and super nice. I was also working so she didn't mind my laptop and just being able to work patiently. Loved the customer service and the overall vibe in here. I came in around 930am, left a little before 11am! A few regulars started coming in and that's just a sign that the work here is loved. Very Unsanitary! They don't change out the towels or anything In between clients. I had noticed and brought it to their attention. And then they finally replaced it. And then I had noticed also that the tools that they were using for doing nails also appeared dirty and they had just used them with a prior client without cleaning! ‍ The nails look good here and whatnot but I really feel like the health department really needs to visit this place pronto! I come to this nail salon with my mom. We usually make an appointment and they always take really good care of us. My mom also gets her eyebrows waxed here and doesn't typically trust just anyone to do stuff for her. The only issue I've ever had is when their system messed up and charged me twice. They tried to reverse the second charge but it never worked so they had to repay it in cash. Now I always get cash out first so that I don't have that issue anymore. I'm rating 4G Nails based on my wife's bad customer experience. New in the city, my wife needed her nails done in time for Thanksgiving. She wanted to schedule with Rocky on a Saturday, but the lady said they were fully booked and Rocky was off that day. 2nd choice on a Sunday, but they were closed (YELP listed Sunday open 9:30am-5pm)? She had no choice, but to schedule with Rocky on Tuesday at 5pm. On the day of appointment, my wife was on her way from a long commute after work. She later received a call from 4G Nails and the lady asked her if she could come by early. Of course she was still on the road and could not make it. The lady said they had to cancel her appointment at 5pm because Rocky had an emergency. As a new customer, this experience was the absolute WORST! Definitely a waste of time. read more

I've been debating about writing this review because I had a tough time making a decision about giving Rocky a second try. Especially since he was highly recommended to me. But then I realized, why?! He should have made a better impression on my first appointment with him. First. I have to say that the day of my appointment it was about 100 degrees, a few weeks ago. I walked in, they had the door closed, no AC and it was hot and stuffy. I honestly didn't know if I was going to stick around for my appointment. But I did. As soon as he called me to his station he rearranged a couple fans that he had towards the back for the customers getting pedicures. So that was a HUGE plus because I get hot and I would have never made it LoL What really through me off guard was the way he was filing my nails. He did it in a way that it felt as if my own nails were being ripped of my nail bed. He was filing front to back. I told him and he said oh it's because I don't remember how it's done, I had previously mentioned to him I haven't had my nails done since the pandemic started BUT I did have them done for years! He kept filing extremely rough and I kept having to tell him to stop it hurt. Anyways, besides the pain, I did like the end result. The design he did was very pretty, neutral colors with swirls. But right after a week almost all the nails started lifting. That was bothersome. Next. I had a pedicure. I think it was their most basic. When I'm trying a new place I like to get an idea first of the work they do before I get the Bells and whistles. She did a good job. I think I have high expectations of how I want the experience to be and this just wasn't it. It wasn't terrible and it wasn't great. Maybe he had off day and was taking it out on my nails, I don't know. But I've made my decision, I won't be back. read more

This is a small nail salon close to my house I had gone here about a year ago and had my nails done by Rocky who is the only male there in the shop. I can honestly say - Rocky is the nail tech to go to if you want a really good set of acrylic nails done. I normally request longer nails but this time asked for shorter pink & white nails. I told Rocky I did not want bright white nail tips as it would look too fake with my tan skin. So I found a picture on my phone of what I guess was a pink and white set but done as "Ombre" which is melding the pink and white together to make it appear not too white at the tips. Rocky took the nail polish off of my nails but did not clean up the nails ( ie.. cuticle clean up ) which this should really be part of the service too. As he began putting my nail tips on he was very careful to make sure each nail was cut exactly like the other hand which I appreciated. The service was fast because Rocky knows how to do quality nails quickly - I left with a set of nails that were better than what I had expected - so if you are looking for a place to go get your nails done by a nail tech who does excellent work - you only need to make an appointment with Rocky @ 4G Nails. Excellent work today - I tipped him well! My only complaint / concern is the way his station and the salon looked. I sat down to the same towel from a previous service (maybe) because a new one was not put down for me when I sat down for my service. The nail board he shaped my nails with was used not new /brought out of a bag and his station was filled with dust ( clean it up!). The nail lamp by Kiara Sky that Rocky uses at his station needs to be replaced immediately!! it has nail polish all on the outside of it and is broken on the side. When I put my hands in it I could feel product from nail glue or nail gel on the inside of the nail lamp when I set my hands down in it. So come on 4G Nails - take pride in your work spaces and clean the place, sweep the floor and your stations up. Begin using new nail files on clients and always start with a clean up of cuticles prior to putting tips on clients - doing this will help ensure a nice clean nail shop that customers will talk about positively because the work by this nail tech is 100% - just need to practice better housekeeping / sanitary usage of tools at your stations. read more

Was at Lucky's picking up stuff for an event, needed a pedicure for said event and was OUT of time, so I went in this place. I thought, "I literally just need them trimmed and painted and I'm good to go...how can you possibly screw that up at any nail place?" I am so whatever about my nails, but for this particular event, they needed to be done. She could have painted them with a magic marker, I wouldn't have cared. The girl doing my pedicure seemed either sick or miserable, I couldn't tell. Other than me giving her the color I wanted, there was zero interaction between the two of us. She did my nails, I paid, I went home. And that night, my big toe started to THROB. I knew what it was and knew there was zero I could do at 7pm the night before a huge event I'm hosting. They're nice but very expensive. I needed a fill and where I'd been going didn't have any appointments so I decided to come here. The technician assured me he could do what I wanted (3 black nails, 1 orange, and 1 glitter). He does the fill and polish and looks good. However not once did he tell me that there's an additional charge to do more than 1 color and I had 3 plus 2 designs. Should be upfront about that. And the one nail wasn't a design but white with gold glitter. Anyway I like them and pay the extra $10. What I don't like is how thick the nails are at the bottom. The tips are thin (and breaking on a couple). The bottom is so thick on a few of the nails that they look like they're lifting and hasn't been a week. They also have signs up to speak English and not Vietnamese when there's customers and they're ignored. read more

I couldn't make it to my normal nail place, so I got a recommendation from my sister to go to 4g nails, I believe I called on a Tuesday And got booked for Saturday at 930. I got to my appointment on time, staff was welcoming. I got to sit down for my fill. And this is where my problem lies... I mentioned because of what I do for work, I have to keep my nails short. The man who did my nails who I presume is the owner, said okay no problem. He starts working on my nails. He did them fast, I asked for pink powder to be used for my ombré set he said okay, did he give me that? No of course not. As he was rushing through my fill, I noticed my thumb nail was not shaped correctly in fact it was slanted and my L thumb nail length was left longer than my R thumb nail. The owner goes on to tell me that my nails are too short for the look I was going for and he usually does this for nails that are longer, anywho a person who I assumed had an appointment shortly after me nail length was about the same as mine and I seen the owner do her nails perfectly fine. My pedicure and the person who did it was perfect. I wish I got her name because she definitely gets all the kudos! The owner comes back as I was getting my pedicure to paint my nails, never gave me the chance to wash my hands because the acrylic powder is still on my hands and they are just dried up and gunky. He rushed me out the pedicure chair and said I was done. Let's go back to the point of my fill, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he didn't fulfill. He got a little snippy with me because I asked what happened to my design? Once I reminded him of that , he sits me back in the chair to do the design but he was managing phone calls and everything else in between. He used gel to place crystals on my ring finger , which on my L hand the gel dried up and he couldn't use but of course he hit my hand like I was responsible for that . Then told me the total price was 120$ for my services. I understand as far as the up charge due to COVID. So I'm not worried about the price. But I will just go back to the person I been going to because this left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

absolutely the worst place I've ever been to. i got a acrylic set and there was no prepping, did not cut my cuticles..nothing. the girl cut the acrylics with a regular nail clipper which was crazy bc i wanted square and they just looked so ugly. they also drilled into my skin which hurts and burns. my bf also got a pedi and they cut his nails so far back that it hurts for him. save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. definitely a rlly bad experience here!! read more

I asked when they had any available appointments, they put me down for the next morning so that was great. The guy was super friendly, my boyfriend came with me to keep me company. They told us to go through the back but when we walked in there was no lights, which was a little odd but I still had high hopes that I'd be happy with this nail salon. (I've had bad experiences with nail tech, either the shapes are not the way I'd prefer or it wasn't what I asked for) He had everything set up once I got there, this took about 45 minutes-1 hour.
