I had absolutely no problem with the delivery time, but the order itself was completely wrong. When my food arrived, I was missing my entire Hook sub, and my kids' meal was missing both the drink and cookie. I called the store, and they were able to remake the missing sub and provide the missing kids' items, which I appreciated. However, when I got home and checked the replacement, I realized they had given me ANOTHER Honey Ham instead of the Hook sub I originally ordered. At this point, I had now been given the wrong sandwich twice, and I still didn't receive what I actually paid for. I understand mistakes happen, but having so many things wrong with one order is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to call the store, go back to get my food corrected, and still end up with the wrong sandwich after everything. The customer service in trying to fix the initial issue was appreciated, but the lack of accuracy with the order was extremely frustrating. I paid for food that I did not receive, and the whole experience was a waste of time and money. I hope the store takes more care when preparing orders because this was unacceptable.
