It's always good to have drive-thru coffee options and Scooters has provided one more in the area…read more Scooters originated in Nebraska and found its way to Billings. As a drive-thru only coffee shop located just off a busy intersection, they're competing with the other local shops but fortunately for them, no-other drive-thru is in the immediate area. When you order your beverage (they have way more options than just coffee), a pleasant voice will tell you to "scoot around" to the pick-up window. At first, I thought this was just a clever introduction, but no, they say that to everyone every time. It's sort of cute, but sometimes not so much. As for the coffee, it doesn't wow me. It is good, it has caffeine, the workers are friendly, but the coffee itself is nothing spectacular. The prices here are consistent with the market. I might be the only one who thinks that because that drive-thru window is crazy busy especially on weekends. Like most chain places, Scooters has an app that will let you collect points toward a free drink. I've been to this location several times, and despite scanning the app before paying, I've never accumulated any points, so don't count on it working for you. It's a new location though, so perhaps they're still working out the system glitches. The Scooters logo on the cups is smile-worthy and sometimes that's enough. I'd visit here again just for that -- seriously!

Hard to believe I spent about 5 1/2 hours of my vacation (out of 2 consecutive days. 4 total days)…read moreto Billings hitting up this Starbucks on Grand Avenue, but it's true. I guess for me, Starbucks represents downtime and a chance to destress and relax from the outside world. I also use Starbucks as a means to help me get inspired to write reviews on yelp, even during downtimes during aforementioned vacation, just so the pending yelp reviews doesn't start stacking up and need to find the time in the real world post vacation. You know what I am talking about! I also enjoy Starbucks drinks whenever I come here and am thankful that Starbucks has free, speedy, and reliable wifi at each of their locations nationwide. At this location though here in Billings, MT, I did enjoy the fact that this Starbucks location facility is quite large, plenty of seats and chairs for everyone. I don't know whether or not this place has enough outlets to charge devices, but I did see some people charge their devices while I was there. I did feel like the ambiance of Starbucks did enhance the mood that was conductive to writing and other academic things. During my Starbucks experience here in Billings, MT, you can see people studying for school, working, or just doing their own thing. That's what I love about being at Starbucks. It's like your own personal oasis and quiet time, as the ambiance and atmosphere of Starbucks is basically like a community library, but you are not in one. This Starbucks location is centrality located at 900 Grand Avenue in the heart of Billings, MT. Like all Starbucks locations, they accept major credit cards, which is always a good thing., as well as cash too. They also have the Starbucks app for your mobile device and you can load credits on the account, so you don't need to bring your wallet each time. This Starbucks has a private parking lot and also a drive thru, so that's pretty cool. Parking is plentiful here, so do yourself a favor and come here to relax and enjoy that ambiance that Starbucks is known for. My usual go to drink of choice is usually the trenta iced green or black tea whenever I go to Starbucks anywhere. On this visit, I had the trenta black tea lemonade and even tried the white tea lemonade, just because I saw it on the menu and was interested in trying that. I was told that I was a mixture of the green and black tea lemonades. The outcome was that it tasted pretty good, although the green tea seemed to be the dominant color. On this visit here to Starbucks, I also had a couple of pastries as well, while working / writing on these reviews for yelp. My favorite go-to would have to be the scone, danish, or the muffin. It would definitely depend on availability. This Starbucks location also sports a gender neural restroom, so you could stay here for hours on end working and that would be okay. The service at this Starbucks was good as usual. Friendly staff makes Starbucks always a delight to come back daily after day. You usually get your drink 2-3 minutes after putting in your order, which is good. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 5.0 stars for the free wifi. While the prices here can be a burn on the wallet, just having that space to work and hang out, whether you buy or don't buy, is always a nice. It's a guilt free thing. Support local! B

The ingredients are fresh, and you can see them before they start preparing your meal I ordered the Spicy Southwest bowl, and it was delicious, hearty, and had just the right amount of heat/spice. I also tried the Date Night smoothie which was pretty good, but I didn't love the texture. I also tried a rice vegan crispy treat, and that wasn't for me. The texture/consistency was all wrong.
