I'd grab some coffee, get some work done, and enjoy the atmosphere. I've been to hundreds of coffee shops over the years. I've worked with coffee roasters, industry professionals, and have managed and led coffee teams myself. Needless to say, I have a pretty good understanding of the coffee business and what makes a great experience. With that said, the customer service here was hands down some of the best I've ever experienced at a coffee shop. Seriously impressive! The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You could tell they genuinely cared about the people coming through the door. The atmosphere was also fantastic. Great vibe, comfortable environment, and an awesome place to settle in and get some work done. I looked forward to coming back every morning. As for the coffee and beverages, I'd give them about 3 out of 5 stars. Not bad by any means, but having spent a lot of time around specialty coffee, I wouldn't say the coffee itself was anything extraordinary. I also tried their breakfast burrito, which was really tasty! It came with chips and a sauce that had great flavor. My only mistake was eating it before finishing my drip coffee. Haha! Had to cleanse my palate before I could really enjoy the coffee again. What stood out most to me was that the experience was greater than the coffee itself. That's something a lot of coffee shops struggle to get right. You can serve an incredible cup of coffee, but if the hospitality and environment aren't there, something is missing. Marble Coffee absolutely nails the hospitality side of the business. The staff were amazing. Not only were the professional and skilled, they were the nicest individuals. Very helpful, made thoughtful small talk, and provided great service While they're not open as early as some coffee shops, they open at 7am, which is still pretty early. They are accessible through the hotel or through a back door that leads directly into the shop The interior is very spacious with a lot of comfortable seating. It was towards the end of the year when I visited, and the place was decorated for fall There are all the classic coffee options, flavors, and some in-house specialties. A barista was explaining that many of the of the syrups are made in house and she provided a list of which ones. And as I perused the pastries I was handed a menu with a kind "can you believe we have even more"? The coffee came out very quickly, and the quality was spot on. Everything was great! Some tips: The whiskey rice crispy tray is massive and inexpensive. It's literally a brick or rice crispy treat and it's tasty. I wish I had gotten a few. Also, their cortado was delightful. You can take coffee to go or sit down, relax, and enjoy it there Cheers!!
