I liked that the black pepper aioli wasn't overpowering. The pepper jack cheese was a good choice with the grilled banana peppers. The pastrami with the burger was a good balance. The pickle chips were good. I like that they had a dill dip served with them instead of the ranch you typically get. It was a nice flavor compliment. My friend enjoyed her "it's gonna be good" burger. She said it was very cheesy which I was glad to hear since it's basically a grilled cheese sandwich with a burger added to it. Our appetizer of pork belly was delish but I would've gone easier on the frying. BF's entree of spatchcock chicken was great as well. I ate a lot of that instead of my entree... Not impressed that in a place like this, they asked if we wanted to tack on bread service for $5.99. Wow, they can't even include it like most restaurants? Non merci!
