Small selection of very basic bouquets for way too much. Safeway has prettier arrangements for the same price. Horrendously long wait time for only three customers. Final nail is that all their "designers" are at the Campbell location so you can't get a custom design here. They should focus more on a wide selection of flowers rather than cheap toys, overpriced house plants, and vases. Seriously the store is like 90% chachkis. On March 14th, 2025 (Friday), I ordered a "Tulip Birthday Rainbow" bouquet with a birthday ballon for which I paid $92.04 ( I have the documents to show exactly what I ordered and paid for). The recipient got ALL purple tulips the next day. Not only they were wrong in that there was no "rainbow" colors I the tulips but they also charged me $2.99 Same day/weekend delivery, $15.99 delivery fee, and $4.99 expedite delivery fee. If it was delivered on Saturday, then the expedite delivery fee should not be there. Why am I paying for three different types of delivery? They got the wrong color flowers and they overcharge for delivery. I will never buy or recommend this company again! read more

I called late last Friday (very close to closing time) and told the florist that I needed to send a floral arrangement to a memorial service at hotel in town for the very next day next day. I totally waited too late in the game and was worried that I wouldn't be able to get it done and delivered the next day. I had to work that Saturday and couldn't attend in person. The florist who took my call walked me through the options and price ranges and they delivered a wonderful arrangement with a nice sympathy card. I totally put it in the hands of the arranger to pick something appropriate for the occasion; don't hire a professional and then micromanage them. I wish I had remembered the person who took me call by name. But when I was overworked and not going to be able to attend the memorial to support my bereaved friend in person, Citti's pulled it all together at the last minute and delivered a glorious arrangement where it needed to get on the day. 5 out of 5, and I hope I have a happier occasion in SJ that requires flowers soon, because this shop did me right when I needed it. read more

Nothing like in the picture from their site. they have an option "as shown" for $250.99 and $300.99 for deluxe which implies even more than the photo. I called and explained how unhappy I was with my order and they were not accommodating at all. The only thing they said they could do was re deliver a new bouquet three days later. What I love about Citti's is the staff. Always friendly and professional. I usually stop in to get my wife some flowers to brighten her day. I am always asked if this is a gift? They then take the flowers into their magic shop in the back room and a amazing collection of flowers appears. I also really like that the flowers survive for more than a week of enjoyment. I have never reviewed a Florist before so this will be a new experience for me. This place has been on the corner of Winchester and Stevens Creek Blvd for years. They run a special on Thursday of 2 dozen roses for $20. I rarely have a need for flowers, but from time to time, it does arise. This review is based on my one time experience that occurred yesterday, August 26, 2016. Driving home, I was thinking about what to get my love for her birthday. I usually just give a gift card, balloon and "Happy Birthday" song. This is fairly inexpensive, and of course, easy to do. So as I pass, I think "Wow, maybe I should change this up a bit and do flowers". I pull into their parking lot (Caution-EXTREMELY dangerous intersection as they are right on the corner of 2 extremely busy roads-BE CAREFUL when pulling in and out) and I go inside. What a beautiful store, so many gorgeous displays and wonderful smells. I am immediately greeted by a very nice young lady (didn't note name) who seemed to be very interested in helping me. She showed me $175 arrangements (which were unbelievably gorgeous) and other items. Realizing that this store was probably out of my price range, I made a remark about how expensive the store was and everything was out of my price range (I apologize for that, because my remark was inappropriate and rude...I feel bad about that). This didn't even phase the young lady. Instead of getting upset or telling me to leave (which is what I expected), she smiled, said something to the effect, "I understand, many of our customers have limited incomes, lets see what we can do....how much do you want to spend?" Talk about a service recovery (who trained this lady) or perhaps, she really wanted to help me. So I gave her the limits, told her my love is into yellow roses and yellow is her favorite color. A few moments later, she shows me a beautiful dozen yellow roses well within my price range. Of course, I buy it...but this is just the beginning of this story. At the counter, she takes the roses to the back room where another lady and gentleman are putting together arrangements. Near the counter, I see this beautiful, high quality, "Happy Birthday" drink mug, so of course, I buy that as it would look good with the roses and the mug will be a memory of this birthday. I wait, and I wait....what is going on..it's just a dozen roses. So I take a peak...the lady is arranging the roses and mug in a fancy clear plastic, colorful cardboard base for the mug, and fancy yellow ribbon. When I looked at it, I was so embarrassed. This far exceeded my expectations and the final product way beyond what I expected. Everyone was so polite, helpful...I even offered to tip them, but they refused stating "This is part of the service-this is what we do". I again apologized for my earlier remarks and assured them they had a new customer and I would tell all my friends (Hey...that's what I am doing now). I highly recommend this business. read more

They told my sister her cascade bouquet choice would not look good woth her because she's "too short" and the flowers she wanted were out of season. First off criticizing her choice like that was not their place and much less the way she was told. Second, another florist working from her home nursery did the arrangements she wanted and was present day of the wedding. They turned out beautifully, no thanks to citti. It was HUGE, and the vase Lynette picked out was soo nice (THANK YOU LYNETTE!!) I was like DAMN, customer service right there! Wow, I worked with Adrianna, the owner, to create a bouquet and I absolutely loved it. The bouquet I ended up with white daisies and lilies and had a splash of purple here and there. I loved it and felt a bit sad that I had to give it to my sister for her birthday. However, I stole a piece of everything and made myself a mini-bouquet and was surprised how beautiful that looked as well. Overall, I am quite impressed with the quality of flowers I got this time around and found Adrianna and Justin to be wonderful. For some odd reason, this specific Citti's location and a small Florist vendor down the street is all I can think of for a Floral Shop aside from the flower section in Supermarkets such as Safeway, Lucky's ,etc. I was in search of single stem roses and hydrangeas to make a bouquet, but was a little disappointed after searching through the floral sections at the Supermarkets and a small floral vendor as everything was sold in bouquets. Anyhow, after visiting several difference places I went to Citti as my last resort. Surprisingly, Citti had what I needed. The staff who attend to my service was friendly and approachable. When looking to surprise a friend going through a rough patch and send flowers, the obviously place to order was Citti's. Not only are they incredibly overpriced, but to my surprise my friend never received them. When I called to see what happened I was transferred to a call center where I could barely understand the person on the other end of the call.
