Inside the waiting room is large with plenty of seating available and the reception desk is located at the far end of it where you go to sign in. A sign states to wait several feet away if another person is at the desk. This idea is great - it gives the patient confidentiality. My wait time was short before I was called back for my procedure. It was a little bit of a walk back to the CAT scan room and I passed by restrooms for patients conveniently located near the front. My CAT scan tech was very nice. He went over the entire procedure since he could tell I was a little apprehensive about how it worked. The procedure took only a few minutes and he explained everything that needed to be done, he even helped me sit back up since I was a little dizzy. The front desk personnel were also friendly and professional as I paid my co-pay. All in all a very good experience where I felt well taken care of.

This office is useless. We tried to get a sample cup the day before and some obese young girl refused to give us the cup because we didn't have an appt that day even though we needed the cup for the appt the next day. They are absolutely worthless and needs to be fired. Talk about HIPAA violation.

Last visit Dec 30, I was able to see Antoinette Frussinetty. She listened to my issues, took the information and assured me it would all be taken care. I also left detailed messages on an answering service. I was told if no one answers it transfers to an off property service. Frussinetty was very apologetic and assured me progress in the future. Short staffed is a major issue. I feel better about this, she also helped sign me into a patient portal where I can hopefully sign in remotely and leave messages and/or requests to her personally and bypass the other communications.
