This office is useless. We tried to get a sample cup the day before and some obese young girl refused to give us the cup because we didn't have an appt that day even though we needed the cup for the appt the next day. They are absolutely worthless and needs to be fired. Talk about HIPAA violation.

I stopped him and explained that I was calling to update our account and had no interest in a gift card. He then began asking for my checking account routing number. When I refused to provide that information, he asked for my credit card number instead. At that point, I told him to pack sand and hung up. This experience was very concerning and left me questioning why customers are being given incorrect contact information that could potentially expose them to scams.

First of all - Quest now has an app for your phone that can be downloaded for free. You make your profile including your insurance information. Once that's done you can make appointments through the app and get your lab results when they come in. Very handy indeed. Once your appointment is set they will confirm your date and time via email and send a reminder. On the scheduled day prior to your appointment you will receive a text message with a link to sign in upon arrival. This expedites the process. Secondly, the inside the waiting room has changed. Plenty of seating with a computerized sign in center for those who don't have their app. There isn't any lab techs out in the waiting room to sign people in or take insurance information. The door to the phlebotomy cubicles is locked with a numbered lock to get in. When it's your time a tech comes to the door and lets you in. In each cubicle there is a computer which they input all your information including insurance which the patient verifies if correct. My tech was Jenny and she was excellent. Great personality and wonderful for getting my blood which is very difficult to get. One stick which I hardly felt and a quick five vials later I was finished and out the door. All in all a great experience for a necessary procedure. I will need to ask for Jenny the next time I have to go.

When one goes in for a blood draw, they are usually fasting, and I was without my coffee which didn't help my mood. When I arrived the check in line was thick. Apparently other people were caught unaware of some new policy regarding the check in, I found out why. Instead of being able to just enter a confirmation code I was given when I made my appointment, the system needed my driver's license as well. So I had to get out of line, go to my car and get my ID. The young lady was nice, but her stick left me with a bruise for over a week. The result came in E-mail not all at once within 24 hours, but in bits and pieces over four days. I don't know what has happened to this provider, but I doubt I'll go back!

My doctor ordered a CAT scan so Citrus Diagnostic was on my insurance plan as a provider…read more The outside has a nice handicap ramp which makes it so nice for disabled people to get into the building since it's a little high up because downtown Crystal River gets flooded during storms and hurricanes. Inside the waiting room is large with plenty of seating available and the reception desk is located at the far end of it where you go to sign in. A sign states to wait several feet away if another person is at the desk. This idea is great - it gives the patient confidentiality. My wait time was short before I was called back for my procedure. It was a little bit of a walk back to the CAT scan room and I passed by restrooms for patients conveniently located near the front. My CAT scan tech was very nice. He went over the entire procedure since he could tell I was a little apprehensive about how it worked. The procedure took only a few minutes and he explained everything that needed to be done, he even helped me sit back up since I was a little dizzy. The front desk personnel were also friendly and professional as I paid my co-pay. All in all a very good experience where I felt well taken care of.

They need to get rid of all of them and bring in people that are armed with common sense. These people owe me money, and the chase is on to get it back, no one answers the phone especially in billing, I don't think they have a person working that area, this place is a circus run by clowns. I now have turned the money situation over to my bank to file a claim after once again not receiving a phone call back regarding this incident. Let's put it this way when I called today I did not call billing I went to appointment scheduling, and they transferred me to billing but wanted to know the reason why I wanted to speak to that department and I told the Pakistani guy that they owed me money, he chuckled and transferred me. THERE YA GO!!!!! You would think with the same continuous complaints that someone would look into this mess going on there. Theres other places to get these services done, do yourself a favor and avoid the headache, take your business and health and trust some other place.
