When I called the number, the person who answered immediately started talking about a $100 gift card. I stopped him and explained that I was calling to update our account and had no interest in a gift card. He then began asking for my checking account routing number. When I refused to provide that information, he asked for my credit card number instead. At that point, I told him to pack sand and hung up. This experience was very concerning and left me questioning why customers are being given incorrect contact information that could potentially expose them to scams.
