From my first call to learn about their services, everyone was friendly and helpful. Jeremy picked me up at my home on time, got me to my appointment, and made sure I was checked in at the desk before leaving. Erica picked me up after my appointment and got me home safely. Both were friendly, courteous, and attentive, taking great care while helping me into and out of the minivan. I used this transport service several times in the past week to get me to doctor appointments, to…read morethe hospital for surgery and from the hospital to home. With a fractured kneecap I was unable to maneuver the 4 steps leading into my house. JaxCare was able to send two men to lift me out on a stretcher. The transporters were courteous, sympathetic, gentle and very patient. It is very pricey if you are going by stretcher as they have to send two men but the peace of mind of not maneuvering the stairs was worth it.

This hunch I had that he wouldn't let me out was completely correct. My ride to Tampa airport was booked a few days before. Communication with Neil was difficult as he wanted flight numbers and other extraneous details. He called me the day before my ride seemingly confused and slurring. I was foolish to not immediately cancel and book Uber right then. Do not make the same mistake I did because it is just a matter of time before this man hurts someone. Neil arrived 15 minutes early at 5:45 am. I would have booked later if I knew he makes an unannounced habit of this, please see his other reviews. I was unable to finish my flight preparations and just quickly grabbed my stuff and rushed out. When I questioned our original booking time he responded defensively so I just stopped talking. After loading my bag I hopped in the car. It's older but in ok shape. Immediately I noticed the smell of incredibly strong cologne. It was suffocating. Neil forgot his credit card machine and had to manually enter my card while mumbling and cursing the whole time. Driving was initially spotty and made me really nervous right away. By Spring Hill he had me audibly gasping. He is not a safe driver. He missed a turn on Cortez and braked hard at a green then appeared to be considering a left from the center lane. The driving worsened as we continued. The lane indicator beeped incessantly as Neil crossed the yellow lane continuously. I was terrified. I texted my partner states away as I was anticipating being in an accident. By the time we got to Tampa International I was begging to be let out anywhere. Literally anywhere. Neil argued with me until I demanded to be let out. Now, hours later, I am sitting at my terminal being harassed by this man. He texted me to make excuses about his driving not long after I ran out of his car. I plan to contact the Citrus County Sheriff's Department as I now suspect that Neil was inebriated when he picked me up. I got called in on my day off was told it will be a bonus of 200$ and never got it they gave me 30$ then my mother was right there when the lady called saying it. then you can tell some of the messages from the call was off. the peoples that's left reviews are the peoples in the office not the ones that's in the field. Emma will lie so you'll have to keep a paper trail with every call that's been called. Called in told them I'll be a little bit late cause my daughter had appointment and then the attitude came. like I never said anything bout it. then I tell them if it comes to my kids and if my client tells me to go ahead and handle my kids I'm going to do that.
