Anyways, despite the fact that this place is imminently closing (I believe on February 12), everyone was very helpful, service was fast, there wasn't much of a line. I'm not really sure what else you're expecting from a relatively small branch - this probably isn't the place you'd go if you need to set up a mortgage or something. It's really somewhere you stop by because you need to deposit a check or something and you also have another errand to run in Pacific Commons. Hours are kind of bad though - closes super early on Saturday, which is presumably when most people are running errands at Pacific Commons. Realistically, you'd actually stop by here if you were stopping by Pacific Commons for a weekday lunch. I believe the nearest Chase will now be somewhere on Mission, so good luck during rush hour when everyone floods it and you're jammed up with cars trying to get between the 880 and 680! Not going to be pretty!

In contrast, other employees show more respect and regard toward customers, even if some could benefit from additional training. Tammy, however, seems to display an unwarranted sense of entitlement that feels disrespectful. I frequently visit this bank, and whenever she is on duty, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming, and I've yet to see her greet customers as they enter. Given her position as assistant manager, I believe it would be appropriate for her to receive not only guidance from the manager but also a formal written notice in her record to serve as a reminder for her and as a standard for professional behavior. I'm confident there are other employees who could perform her role with greater competence and customer care.
