When trying to find a new home, I was quite frustrated. He was very responsive during my search for a rental apartment in Queens, particularly in the Jackson Heights area. Anu is a top guy! He is so proactive and will not stop until he finds the right place that meets your needs. My situation was very complicated as I'm a UK citizen new to the U.S. and didn't have much, or any, credit history. For one particular apartment, he didn't give the application fee over to a company that wanted to run a credit check because he knew I would lose the money if I did. He's very efficient in his response time and also very knowledgable on different locations. I also had time limitations as I was starting a new job in a new city so needed a place ASAP and he definitely pulled through. As we all know, looking for a NYC apartment is a huge struggle. I was truly feeling depressed till I met Maggie Marko. I had a good experience here. Adam showed me apartments in a few neighborhoods in Queens, and showed me some really nice places in a neighborhood I hadn't originally been considering.
