The best coffee in town! Flawless pour overs with the most complex flavors. Their chia is the closest I've ever found to a true family recipe for Chia Marsala. Relaxing atmosphere, great modern music. I'm not a fan of cold coffees but I'll give them a chance at Cirque. One of the coolest coffee shops I've had the pleasure of visiting. Their menu is waaaaay different than a Starbucks, so if you're looking for drinks like that you need to go somewhere else. I had a Maple Mommy and it came in a very small, delicate glass. Almost reminded me of an aperitif or some sort... it was light, refreshing, and delicious! The good: - Fun place in the up and coming pearl district. - Cool vibe inside with lots of natural materials (wood / copper / etc) - Coffee is good and appears to be roasted in-house - Friendly people The not so good: - Most of the seating is uncomfortable for working. Sat at the wood bar but it was so low compared to the stools I could barely get my knees under. So, I moved to the hammered copper table (very cool, btw) but the uneven surface made it difficult to balance a small laptop like my Surface. The guy next to me has a text book placed under his for added support. There are a few soft lounging areas if you're not working. - Several flavor options if you're into that (vanilla, rum, strawberry) but there is no chocolate. The only flavor I ever put in my espresso is chocolate so I was quite disappointed it wasn't available. If you're wanting a mocha this is your warning to go Foolish Things or Doubleshot. Bottom line: Fix the seating for us working types and add chocolate and I'll be a regular. read more

Cirque Coffee is in a tastefully rustic, redesigned old building in the Pearl District. They serve up exemplary drinks from coffee they roast themselves using an assortment of beautiful sciency looking gadgets. And it's all artfully presented in glassware perfect for the type of coffee ordered. The service is great and the prices are fair. Even though I'm not a big coffee connoisseur, I'm a huge fan of this place and recommend it to anyone who's looking for a new place for their regular cup of joe in the morning. read more

Have not been for happy hour, just mornings. Quickly becoming my favorite coffee shop. Great pour overs. All their roasts are pretty light and their pour overs seem to push the envelope on low coffee to water ratios but it really works. Get more flavorful cup it seems. Great new space. Not sure i like the handheld checkout (same as you see in europe). If you are an out of towner looking for a good cup who seeks out good local roasters give this place a try. Tulsa has ANOTHER coffee joint? it's true, people.. and it exceeds expectations. hipster (I kind of hate this word, but it just really describes the place), clean feel with tons of space for working, watching the baristas craft the coffee (plentiful bar seating) or hanging out with friends. I also think this place would be an epic space to host a small show/concert or an event. native Tulsans, the workers are so very friendly and are extremely passionate about what they do, which makes this place all the more special. their coffee is tasty with plentiful selections. the only food item they offer at this time is toast because they want to keep their focus on the coffee. I dig it. the ONE thing I would like to see at Cirque: more chairs, less stools. stools aren't the best for my coffee shop lounging tendencies. welcome to Tulsa, Cirque. you are greatly appreciated. read more

Seriously amazing coffee (and toast)! You can tell they take their job seriously with various options for coffee that make it appear more like an art form. We got a winter expresso drink that had a great orange flavor on the back end. Today was our first day going and my husband and I were amazed at the great options of seasonal drinks as well as Toast! Their peach preserves and apple butter are both delicious. This is a great place to spend a morning! read more

For service, taste, and atmosphere I give Cirque a full five stars. The baristas have been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've tried a few different drinks and have yet to be anything short of pleased. The on draft latte is so, so good (I wish it was a constant offering ). The atmosphere is eclectically fantastic, with fun details from unique wall paintings to an endearing succulent garden. I give Cirque one less star for the following reason only: Hours. Cirque is open 7-3, Monday-Friday. This makes it nearly impossible for those of us who are 8-5ers to enjoy all that Cirque has to offer. I'd love to be able to meet a friend here after work or do some late night reading. Cirque is a lovely addition to Tulsa's coffee scene and will indubitably be my new Saturday morning favorite. read more

Warm, rustic, and inviting atmosphere. Cirque describe themselves as the weirdest coffee shop, but imo, they seem pretty normal/cool to me, haha. I love how the staff put a lot of attention to detailed to the place. Seatings were okay, one sofa in the front so if you come in a group that could be a problem though, two tables near the front of the store, and one recliner in the back. And the rest were bar style seatings. For the barstools, I have to admit were uncomfortable, after sitting for awhile. Service was okay, but after you ordered, they do bring it out to you. Besides the usual coffee menu they also offers hand-crafted coffees. I ordered their "She's my Sweet Cherry Pie" which had cherry syrup and lime juice. Including tip, it came to $7, so it was kinda overpriced for a small glass. After the first sip, it had the "sour" taste of a French press, but after a few sip, all the flavors blended in and it became very creamy and tasteful. read more

Best new coffee in Tulsa. Naturally I was skeptical when this new coffee spot opened. We already have six great coffee options in or near downtown, though we've been needing something better in the Pearl District (The Phoenix just doesn't meet Tulsa's high standards). But when I visited Cirque two weeks after it opened, I immediately knew this would be one of my regular spots. From what I can already tell, the quality of the brews is great, perhaps even the highest in town after DoubleShot. The nitro cold brew really hits the spot on a summer afternoon, and I can't wait to sample the espresso drinks. The space is fantastic: Incredibly spacious, 15 feet tall with enough room to seat 100 people. Although the aesthetic is stereotypically mainstream hipster (wooden tables with bark on the edges, unfinished walls, pen-and-ink-style signage, potted plants, chalkboard menu, tesla lights, etc.), everything feels professional and top-notch. It's a great place for either working or visiting, or simply stopping in and enjoying some of Tulsa's best coffee. read more

Also have loved their toasted heavenly bread from a local baker, with goat cheese and fig jam, but alas! Distribution difficulties with the baker have stopped that supply. What is not to love about this place: The people who work there are kind, helpful, and have a genuine love for coffee that shines through everything that they do. The coffee is the best I've had anywhere, including Chicago and NY. Tea is incredible, and you can ask for another steeping once you're finished with the first and if the tea can handle it, they happily do it for you. The specialty drinks are creative and change approximately monthly so you can always try something new. The decor is beautiful, hipster, and handmade.
