Came into Tulsa from Ohio on a vacation. Cirque was recommended to me by someone I know. Get in and ask how to place an order since I've never been then and was told I need to sit down. I ask a clarifying question if I need to sit if placing a to go order. Was told I needed to. That's all good. Places have their things and I'm all about that. What bugged me though was the barista then seemed annoyed at my existence and how dare I not know the rules. To that I say, don't assume everyone visiting your coffee shop is from your city, or even your state. She handed me my coffee, I said thank you, then she just proceeded to give me a crap attitude. Cirque coffee on cherry street!! Today was my first time at the location and I couldn't be more impressed. This drive-thru app based pickup was unique and fun. I was able to pull up and use the QR code posted on several signs, download the app and order my drink. One of the employees came out to assist and was more than helpful and courteous. I ordered the draft latte with an extra shot of espresso. The drink was great and had plenty of robust flavor of the coffee without being drowned out with sugary syrup. My kinda coffee shop. Vibes were fantastic and hip, with bright natural lighting and murals. It was bit odd that they come and take your order instead of walking up to the counter. Also no clear direction on doing that when you walked in. Menu was through a QR code in Nov '22. Nice craft shop menu, not vast but good options. I got the seasonal latte, the flannel pjs and it was amazing. Everything I could have hoped for. They make their syrups in house and they are delightful! We stopped by here today morning desperate for some warmth on this cold Tulsa morning. I ordered the Apple Spice Latte and my brother got the Bourbon Vanilla Latte. Overall, not bad. The ambiance is very rusty -- perfect study/work vibes. The noise level wasn't too bad. The service was great! The coffee...was mediocre. I feel like the espresso was slightly on the burnt side which was disappointing. This review is for the drive thru location. I only gave this coffee one try while on a quick visit to Tulsa. I just didn't enjoy the flavor and it was a bit of a let down after pulling over to download the app etc etc. Service was quick and friendly enough. Service is absolutely awful. As a Tulsa local who is also in the service industry, I am bummed to be leaving a review with such a low score. If you're looking to be met with any warmth, or even a simple "hello, I'll be right with you!" this is not your spot. The baristas/servers give off the vibe that they are annoyed by your existence upon entering the establishment, have to be asked to take your order, and then expect you to tip them your hard earned service industry dollars for simply pouring cold brew on draft into a cup and handing it to you with a frown and a terrible attitude. I have never in my life not tipped someone or left a bad review but I was treated so poorly by the wait staff there this morning that I felt the need to say something, if anything, to at least let the owners know that it would be beneficial to them to potentially retrain or make some changes with employment. Only giving two stars because I don't want to completely shit on a local spot, the owners have done a great job at putting together an ambience outside of the wait staff, coffee is great, and they outsource to some local spots (et. al, Antoinette's) that I STAN. Otherwise, unless you're looking to feel frustrated and shit on, go to starbucks. Coffee isn't as great as Cirque, and it's certainly not local but at least you'll be treated like a human being. I wanted to try the new Cirque Drive Through on 15th and Utica, so I cruised over for a morning chai. As I went to scan the QR code for the menu, I realized I had left my phone at home. No worries though, I pulled up to the window and was greeted by the cheeriest barista I've ever met. She didn't flinch at the fact that I was unable to participate in their low contact model as planned, happily took my order, and boasted about their homemade chai recipe which she seemed to take great pride in. The chai wasn't as warm as I would have liked it to be, but the flavor is indeed spiced perfectly and the service was stellar, so I enjoyed every sip with a smile. I am always a fan of their specialty coffees. The bourbon vanilla draft latte reeled me in, but the maple bourbon and apple spice kept me coming! The app is user-friendly and they are always quick to get your drink to you. They often have 20% off of draft lattes, so turn your notifications on! I'm not the biggest fan of the original location, mainly because I don't feel exactly welcome or belonging (through no fault of the business) so the (box? Cart? I can never remember) is perfect for me. Cirque's coffee is a bit on the expensive side, but is well worth it. I'm normally not a $6-fir-a-small type of gal, but I can't help it here. It's like the syrups are made exactly, specifically for their espresso/coffee, so they meld together beautifully. There is another coffee shop that serves Weirdo blend, but it isn't the same! I am giving this place 3 stars. As far as coffee goes, this place really stands out as one of the best purveyors in town. As far as customer service, however, I have gotten friendlier attitudes and more of a willingness to help at a tag office. To put it simply, there are at least 3 staff at all of Cirque's locations that possess basic human empathy and kindness. The rest come off as jaded, entitled, and intensely passive aggressive. The reality is that the whole business model is relies on being as distant from the customer as possible. Take this for what you will. If you like to get in and get out, and walk away with 8/10 product, this place is for you. If you prefer a a kind face and a shot of dopamine with your espresso, go somewhere else. read more

i've been here a few times. the first time around, i tried one of their specialty drinks. it was a cold brew with coconut & it was pretty good (i can't remember the name of the drink). i've also tried a select amount of their new cocktails once they made a shift to cirque creative libations. they have a very wide selection, you can't go wrong. after all of those trips, i finally tried some of their coffee during the morning hours. i ordered the yabitu koba, ethiopia. under the name of the coffee, there's a description of the taste of the drink that's a mix of kiwi, blackberry & orange blossom. i'm quick to add honey to my coffee (try it instead of mixing sugar or anything else you use IF you like to make your coffee sweet), there was no need for it. the coffee blend was a refreshing & definitely gave me the pick-me-up i needed. you can also have it served different ways: espresso, pour over, etc. i always liked the look of the place, very chill along with vibrant colors from the art surrounding the walls. it's popular as a meeting/study spot. all of the employees are always nice & make sure you're good. they also served toast with toppings if you want something to snack on. read more

I was visiting with an out of state friend, who runs her own quick-grab coffee establishment in Missouri, and so we decided to check this place out, because of the novelty of them using a shipping container to house the business. The first shock was that we couldn't enter to order, despite the novelty aspect it would afford. But worse, when we went through the drive-through window, we were told that we had to use a smartphone and app we had to download to simply place an order for two small plain black coffees. We decided to be cooperative and pull into a parking spot to download the app, which took minutes on mobile download, but then when it came to signing-in, it had a whole series of hoops to jump through with registering a bank account or debit card, et cetera. She's from out of state and was reticent to use her banking for a one-time use item, and I don't have accounts to sign-up for such a service. After 20 minutes of struggling with it all, we went back and asked if we could simply pay a fiver in cash to get our very quick and simple order, and were told, "No", it HAS to be through a smartphone app even though A) Not everyone has a smartphone or even has financial accounts they could link up, and more importantly, B) Not everyone who wants to make a purchase lives in Tulsa; many people visiting from out of state wanting a quick "pick-me-up" are instead bound to have a heavy "pull-me-down", because who would spend 10-15 minutes trying to set up an app on their phone (assuming they even have one), JUST to get a quick cup of Joe? This is the worst business model I've ever encountered. read more

This place is really really... well, the first word that comes to mind is... cool. I love the artistic vibe, the decor is great. The thing that really stands out to me is that they're trying really innovative things with their coffee. Things like graham cracker soaked milk, cookie soaked milk, torched rosemary (though, the aroma of this filled the entire coffee shop and was WAY too strong), were all incorporated into the signature drinks. The espresso itself is a bit on the bitter side, but delicious all the same. I'd say the only thing that doesn't really work here is their checkout and ordering system. When they get a wave of customers, some are sort of left sitting there for an unreasonable amount of time. I didn't get to try the toast, but they all look lovely. Got a cereal milk latte and it was delicious, definitely a dessert-y beverage though, so coffee purists might not like this particular item. This place has oat milk! Like, how is this so hard to find in Tulsa? I ordered a cortado (with oat milk, obvs) and it was delicious. This place does a right fine espresso drink. The oat milk option will keep me coming back and has me excited to try more of their espresso and coffee drinks, with or without oat milk. They don't do vegan hot chocolate here, they don't do hot chocolates at all. So I will have to come here when I'm not with the wife. Despite being from Seattle, she has a strong aversion to coffee and espresso drinks. She does, though, love a vegan hot chocolate. read more

Big and open, with all kinds of seating (counter, tables, couches, you name it), and an industrial-ish vibe. We were initially confused with the ordering process, but then a barista approached us with a tablet to take our order. They have some really cool lattes on draft, including the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte my wife ordered. With oat milk. I ordered their signature Arnie Forever (single origin Kyoto cold brew, fresh lemon juice, mint reduction, orange bitters) then they told me it was sold out, so I cried a lil and just got a basic draft latte with Oat milk. When I travel one of my favorite things to do is check out new coffee shops and restaurants but what I've noticed is that some of my favorite all-time coffee shops are here in Tulsa! So when I see a new coffee shop come to town I'm filled with mixed emotions. First, how exciting I can't wait to try it. Two, oh man, Tulsa offers some tough competition- It better be good. So with anticipation my husband and I checked out Cirque. The lattes usually my gauge for trial drinks at new coffee shops. My husband went with the nitro cold brew latte. We ordered it to go but sat comfortably at the unique wood bar and admired the copper equipment, awesome machine and loft contemporary design. The barista dudes were so friendly and made us feel completely comfortable in the new surroundings. They talk to us about unique techniques they used in their nitro and the use of locally sourced milk for example. And the drinks...awesome! Love it. They don't offer the typical "fix up your drink with sugar" station but I didn't even miss it! The milk was so sweet that I just enjoyed that pure coffee experience. If you love coffee you've got to give these guys a try. Be aware that they close at three so get there early. read more

When I di coffee shops I always get the cold brew so I can judge accordingly! Maybe it's because I am used to bolder flavors, but it was a very VERY minimal tasting cold brew. You don't get much coffee at all in the glass they give you either. I tried her latte, and again, not anything to different to separate it fr other shops. Yes coffee can be hard to separate yourself on, and if you like a mild flavor this may be the place for you, but not my jam. That alone wouldn't be terrible, but the service was awful. We sat for 10 min before anyone came up to us at all. No one welcomed us. The inside is cozy and has cool artwork yes, but I literally made eye contact with 2 people working, and they made no effort to see if we needed help! They have a weird structure where instead of ordering at a counter the baristas will come to where you're seated to take your order. We weren't planning on staying and just wanted drinks to go.
