My home warranty plan sent Ciro Plumbing to my home to repair a plumbing problem. If you have ever dealt with contractors sent by a home warranty plan, then you already know that, more often than not, those contractors are "iffy," at best. That was my experience the last time the home warranty sent a plumber to my house, and that guy tried to scam me by claiming that the plumbing problem wasn't covered by the home warranty plan. My experience with Ciro Plumbing & Heating was the exact opposite. I was so impressed with the entire experience from start to finish, that I literally sat down to start writing this review 10 seconds after the plumber, David, left my house. Right from start, I was impressed by how quickly I was contacted by Ciro to set the appointment. I put in the claim online late one evening, and Ciro called me the very next morning (the last home warranty plumber took about 3 days to contact me). Once the appointment was set, I immediately received a professional text confirmation. This morning, I got another text notification and a personal call from David letting me know that he was about 10 minutes away. Thankfully, the problem was not as bad as I had feared, and David took the time to explain what was happening, and he asked all the right questions that helped him immediately diagnose the problem. Even the small hole that he had to cut in my drywall was so much more precise and neat than the last plumber who had to cut into my wall. David was very polite and patient in answering all of my questions. I can't recommend this company enough. In fact, I will now be contacting them soon to do some other non-warranty plumbing work in my condo. That's the best part about my whole experience. So we have a warranty through First American Home Warranty and they connected us with Ciro Plumbing because we found water coming up out of our floor. David was sent from Ciro and was extremely professional and nice the entire time he was here! He checked everything he could before having to open any walls or dig in the concrete. The end was result was there was a pipe in the wall that both of our showers connected too that had a huge, long crack in it. David found the problem right away and fixed it. David was the nicest guy ever. Seriously some of the best service we have received since owning a house! Terrible company. Their manager was unprofessional. We had service done by them that was incomplete. Great company. Ciro goes far and above in providing customer service. Our Heater quit working. We called Ciro late in the day. He spent a lot of time with my husband trying to see if we could resolve the problem ourselves since he could not get anyone out until Friday (we called late Wednesday). we were unable to fix it ourselves. We set an appointment for the first thing on Friday. Late Wednesday Ciro called and was able to get us appointment for the first thing on Thursday. It's rare that I can use the phrase "exceeded my expectations" but Ciro's service from start to finish has been exceptional.  Discovered a hot spot in my floor and worried that it might be evidence of a slab leak.  I called Ciro and he sent his leak detection guy out the next day.  The detection guy was very thorough even after he'd identified that we indeed had a slab leak {{uggh}}.  He checked and rechecked  and checked again throughout the whole house and determined that the leak was in one spot (and it wasn't where I felt the hot spot!) Ciro then sent his repipe guy Alfredo out to assess and give an estimate for the repair.  After discussion of our options, we decided to just repipe the whole house so we wouldn't have to deal with this again.  There was no sales pitch or pressure, just good information from which we made our decision.   I've seen the results of repiping done by other companies at a few of my clients' homes so I was expecting an absolute mess of dust to clean up when the job was completed.   But Ciro's guys tented out each of the rooms with plastic sheeting  with such detailed care and consideration.  They were amazing to watch and they actually finished sooner than they'd quoted.   I had my duster and towels ready for when all of the plastic sheeting was removed but it truly seemed cleaner than when they'd arrived.  I didn't have to touch anything.  We've used them since for other plumbing repairs and jobs and continue to be impressed.  Great team.  Great company.  Highly recommended. read more

Had multiple plumbing problems from the water heater to the sink and toilet. First American Home Warranty assigned Ciro Plumbing to us and I am so glad they did. When someone called from the company he told me he is not sure if they could send someone that day because they are already fully booked that day. But I begged him to please let someone come since it's so hard without hot water (this happened last February). David called later in the afternoon and said he will be late and asked if it's okay to come between 7-8pm and I told him yes it's okay. He arrived before 7pm and fixed on our main issues, he also fixed the minor issues. He is very nice and courteous. Very reputable, professional, and above all HONEST company. I had 7 water lines re-piped with copper to the kitchen and two bathrooms. Total cost $4,200 I had previously had 1 hot water line re-piped to the kitchen by another plumber. Total cost $3,800. Was ripped off. CIRO replaced all valves and fixtures which we had not even discussed at the price. Very little damage to walls as did re-pipe which they repaired. I am totally satisfied!!! read more

Wish I could give 10 stars. We found out we had a major leak under our slab and decided to have our house repiped. Our regular plumber recommended Ciro highly. Ciro came out right away and gave us an estimate. Ciro was friendly and very good at answering questions. After getting a second estimate from another recommended company we went with Ciro because his repipe job included patching all the drywall plus he could do the job right away. A crew of seven experienced workers did the job the next day. They were professional, experienced, friendly, and worked hard. David called and then came to us within an hour well after hours at 7pm. Worked real hard and got ur leaking toilet chair fixed to perfection in an hour. All cleaned up and things put back in good order in our restroom. Very professional. We'd been waiting for a week for the other company, so we were really pleased that he could fix it so fast with little notice. David S. Calvez was the technician who came to our house to service the water heater as part of our home warranty program. The pilot of the water heater went out. He had to change the pilot light assembly and the heater controller in order to correct the problem. His work was quick even though he had to go to the supply station for new parts. read more

David the plumber just left. He was referred by my home warranty co. I am so pleased. I thought my dishwasher was leaking during the rinse cycle. David disagreed. He figured out the problem within the first 5 minutes after inspecting my kitchen plumbing and he was right. It was not the dishwasher, it was the leaking garbage disposal which was replaced. He arrived on time. Sylvia, his dispatcher, is super nice and great. He also inspected the set up for my washing machine to make certain that would not leak. 11/20/18: I had plumming problem and been working with First American Home Warranty for the past 5 days with no result as the contractors kept coming and taking the reports and left and postponed their schedule for the repair. I was about to give up with this insurance company. After calling them one last time, they referred me to Ciro and Ciro sent David to help on the same day. He doesn't mind if it's wet down in the crawlspace. He assured he would take care of the problem for us and work until 9 p.m. so we can have the water back on after 5 days dealing with the other contractors.
