Alexis went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of jeans for my little one she is at an I between stage and some items are too big or too small. She must be the most patient person on the planet, given that it was the last hour before they closed, and we had basically covered the entire checkout counter with a mountain of clothing. Shoutout to Eileen! This is my favorite Old Navy to shop at, because it is always clean and easy to find things. Everything is laid out in an orderly way, the store has a logical layout, and the people always have a smile. The staff were all very friendly and they worked together to assist all of the ladies who were trying on clothes. They'll return the purchase price but not the sales tax. Through two phone calls to corporate and at least TEN emails they agreed to return HALF of the sales tax, not all of it. I've requested that I be escalated to management both in person at the store and via email, I was never escalated. This is unacceptable and illegal.
