Customer service was fine; However, I will never sell/conduct business with Wild Child again due to the simple fact that I was unable to see or receive an itemized copy of the items I sold and the prices they were sold for/accepted for. I was told that they do not keep it in their system and they have no one way of going back. I have never worked with a consignment that did not keep records of their items/inventory sold to them regardless of the timeframe in which accepted or not accepted, which is quite baffling to me truly and to add the cherry on top, I received a total of $37 ($47 store credit) for the 22 items I sold and two of those items accepted were both from GAP, brand new, and never worn priced at $24.95 and $16.95 was quite baffling as well. The items I decided to sell today were brands like Nike and GAP that were unable to be accepted through the consignment shop which I typically do business with unfortunately, but I honestly wish I never conducted business with Wild Child nor accepted the offer as it was not a fair deal and should have just asked for the items to be returned and could have donated the items in the first place as I was going to, but you live and you learn and I definitely learned today lol. I personally wouldn't recommend this place of business when it comes to selling your items but all in all, I hope there is a family out there that will enjoy the items.

The layout is simple - a few strollers at the entrance, new girls headbands and accessories around the parameter, boys and girls shoes and clothes for all ages up through T's in the middle, books and toys along the back wall and gifts and miscellaneous near the front. A fitting room is tucked in the back next to "Pat-O-Cake" - a cute little cupcake shop exclusive to this store (http://patacakebakerykc.com/). Seasonal outfits are always prompt and of course, cheaper than big-box retail. I prefer this store over the others thanks to the friendly staff, great location, simple, manageable inventory, and clean facility. Thanks for making shopping baby resale fun and sophisticated, Wild Child.

I went to the other one on opening weekend but was rather disappointed. Don't deal with those crowds and support this cute Korean gift store. Some fashion hair barrettes which I do think were a bit overpriced but other items were very reasonable. I regret passing on some cute slipper shoes. I'll take pics on my next visit. The store is packed with cute, kitschy, Korean gifts. I was there with a group of people and could have spent more time looking around if my group were not in a hurry. When I arrived in the morning, I almost thought they were closed because the store looked pretty dark from outside, but the open sign was there and I was greeted politely when I went in. The shop has a lot of cute, curated items, with maybe a stronger focus on stationery and paper goods than the small figures or novelty items I was personally hoping for. There is also a little trinket exchange cabinet, which is a fun concept and worth checking out even if you are just browsing. Overall, the selection felt thoughtfully chosen, just more in line with stationery and gifts than I was looking for that day. One thing that stood out to me was the lighting. Even on a sunny day with large windows, the interior felt quite dim, especially when browsing smaller items. A bit more overhead lighting would make it easier to really see what they offer. That said, the atmosphere was calm and the staff was friendly without being overbearing, which I appreciated. I might not rush back, but I would definitely take another look if something caught my eye on their website first.
