Everything from DVD's to Toys to Tiffany Jewelry and everything in between. You have to realize this isn't a regular department store. This is an overstock, liquidation and bargain store. So yes there are some damaged packaging and returned items. You need to check things but if you don't mind doing that there are bargains to be had. They do have a 30 day return policy with your receipt, so keep your receipt. Each day is a different sale too. A different department will be on sale. You can call and see what will be on sale or check their website to see what is on sale that day. The website isn't always updated though. You can find some nice things, even furniture at great prices, you just have to look over things. I recommend checking it out and looking for those bargains. Have fun shopping.

She must be the most patient person on the planet, given that it was the last hour before they closed, and we had basically covered the entire checkout counter with a mountain of clothing. Shoutout to Eileen! This is my favorite Old Navy to shop at, because it is always clean and easy to find things. Everything is laid out in an orderly way, the store has a logical layout, and the people always have a smile. I am familiar with Burlington Coat Factory, having visited one in North Kansas City and also in Lenexa. I'm a fan and frequent shopper of Kohl's. It has everything I like: Pants at a reasonable price, purses, shoes and towels, all at reasonable price. Clothing at a reasonable price. The luggage department was pretty darn good. But it doesn't look organized. For a new store, it looks blah,and screams "I'm Blah!" I shouldn't complain. Heck, I'll go there before Gordmans. It's just not polished. It doesn't even look new. I wasn't happy with the shoe department. They were everywhere, like a hurricane came through the aisle. I'm oddly picky on shoes. And Burlington Coat Factory doesn't quite hit the mark. While there are definitely some treasures and deals to be found, it's ultimately a downgrade in quality from the previous location, at least at the current time. I also want to note that despite loudly advertising that "all clothing is $2.98," they have a section at the front of higher priced clothing items. I admit I think this is a rather duplicitous business practice. It also seems random what clothes are put up there. Some of it was the same fast fashion that infests the rest of the clothing racks, while some finer materials and true vintage was languishing on the $2.98 racks. It just didn't make sense to me! It's worth a stop if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for Frugal's.
