The associates in perfume and cosmetics sections were handing out some free samples. Most of the items were on the higher end of pricing as most goods were branded. The store was tidy and clean. Associates were friendly, helping customers with trying out products and doing checkouts.

We received assistance for another sales person and when I asked about formal purses, she even escorted us down to get assistance from a real gem, Alyce! She was once a personal stylist so she wanted the whole rundown of the event and dress. She personally talk to me about occasion appropriateness, balance and harmony with my shoe choices! I was so appreciative of her attention to detail. We even walked back to jewelry and found better options and after my purchase she walked me to show me nail polish to get. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I visited this store a few weeks ago and had one of the worst customer service experiences I have…read moreever encountered. I asked an employee if she could help me find the dress that was displayed on a mannequin in my size, as I had been unable to locate it on the sales floor. She told me that she needed permission to remove the dress from the mannequin and asked me to wait nearby. After waiting quite a while, I noticed another employee taking the dress off the mannequin while assisting two other customers. I approached her and explained that I had been waiting for that dress and had been told to stay nearby while the first employee got permission. She dismissed my concern, stated that no one had informed her, and proceeded to give the dress to the other customers. A short time later, I found the employee who was supposed to be helping me. She admitted that she had forgotten about me. When I tried to discuss the situation with both employees, they threatened to call security because, according to them, I was "making them uncomfortable." At that point, I left the store. It was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. I understand that this is a large retailer and that my review may not make a difference, but customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. The employees involved could have handled this situation much more professionally.

Recently shopped the store. We were in the store for almost 90 minutes. Finally another person arrived and helped us run sizes to the dressing area. But only when we sought him out. He was not attentive and no greeting. We couldn't understand a thing he was saying he would not speak up he was mumbling and his mask was so thick and large and his hair was hanging down you could not see his face at all. I think the company can do better with Representatives or tell this guy he needs to lighten up on his look at work. What was really an issue was the fact that you could not understand him or see his face. I'm not trying to pick on anybody for how they choose to look but when you're representing a store and you're behind the counter like this with your eyes hiding behind your hair and your face hiding behind a giant mask it's just not a good look.

They were extremely patient and kind and didn't make me feel rushed at all, even whenever my daughter needed to nurse. They gave helpful and honest opinions and helped fasten a swimsuit when I had trouble (due to holding my baby). Very impressed with my experience. I bought 2 suits and will be back in the future. High quality suits, with fantastic mid season pricing!

But after that, the resort crowd raids the place and after that, loaded spring breakers raid the place, and after THAT - it's summer all over again! That's the life of swimwear in the Midwest anyways, and in Johnson County no less. The sale rack was a bit cheesy - too many zebra prints and screaming oranges but the selection was vast and mostly wonderful elsewhere in the store and they carry top brands, from Michael Kors to Calvin Kline - you can find a killer suit in here if you want one. The sale rack isn't much less than the suits in the front - so I would spend the extra $10 for a better looking and styled bathing suit - just a tip. They also sell: sunscreen and tanning oils, jewelry (Caribbean themed of course for those pesky resorters!) and also hats (wide-brimmed, for women named Muffy or Edwina) and snazzy resort-style sandals in all sizes (and also on sale). The prices range from $75 - $150 - I believe. Different designers and manufacturers price so varied so don't take my word for it as there were thousands of bathing suits - the selection is incredible. I especially liked how laid back everything was with all things considered. The cashier even joked with me about "those lucky few" who are able to vacation in the winter - she was a chill lady.

So I decided that night to go back and try it on again to decide for sure and they said it was gone, it wasn't even 24 hours later. The owner of the store helped me this time and told me she could special order it and I asked about returns, since I wasn't sure about it and she said that I could get merchandise credit but they didn't give cash, I said fine because I could find something else to buy. Then she said they were having a trunk show from this designer in 2 weeks so I could wait for that and she wouldn't have to charge me shipping, but when I was looking on their website it said free shipping over 100.00, so it was for their benefit, not mine , another lie they told me. When I tried the dress on at home I decided it wasn't that flattering and I didn't want it, when I tried to take it back the 2 women working ,one of whod had helped me when I bought it, told me there were no returns on special orders, and the owner who had told me when I bought it that I could get store credit now said I could not return it at all. So they lost me permanently as a customer, I don't shop anywhere with such bad customer service and return policies, there are way to many other great stores to choose from, I really didn't even like the store very much it was hard to shop for me and you obviously can't trust what they say. My first trip included a measurement consultation, a multitude of try-ons and celebratorily purchase. All the sales associates were extremely pleasant, helpful and made the experience relaxing.
