I explained what was going on and she kept asking if she could do anything. Unfortunately, there isn't, ya can only wait it out. She still came back with a cup of cold water. I have always loved Kohl's, but this level of compassion is awesome; especially when we're used to people avoiding or looking at us weird when things happen.
