We took it to Jeep in Des Moines had it fixed. True to their word they paid for the work and even called a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok. The first one they installed had manufacturing defects. They noticed them as it was installed and explained they would order the repair parts and get it fixed. After replacing one part the cover still didn't work correctly. It took some effort but after several communications with BAKFlip, they were able to procure a replacement top and get it installed. It took about 4 months but throughout the ordeal they have been in constant communication with me. I never once doubted their efforts to make it correct.
